Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.

Very stylish, looks like new. Extensive large pool are and the beach. Food was amazing and there are 4 restaurants for dinning. We loved the Asian restaurant, very high quality. Overall great holidays!

Next time I go, I think I'll plan to stay a little longer. It was so comfortable and nice that I almost regretted my short stay. The pool was much longer and larger than it appears in the photos, and I was impressed by the design, which allowed everyone in the room to enjoy the pool close to home.

The hotel is really great, with beautiful sea views and a super large swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun. The all-inclusive service allows you to enjoy drinks and food anywhere in the hotel. Every waiter is very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is large and has an extra-large sofa. I slept very comfortably. I felt very sorry for only booking one night. I must stay a few more days next...

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! I loved the spa, the pool and had the best night sleeps! It is a shame that the main restaurant does not serve a real espresso from ground coffee beans as it would have been nice to enjoy a good cup of coffee with the wonderful breakfast, but despite this, I will happily return to the hotel

Great hotel Great hotel with many facilities. Lots of pools, nice spa, great gym and nice grounds. The restaurants are good and many options. Unfortunately they don’t label the foods in the buffet well. This makes it hard for vegans, people with allergies etc, I am sure they could do a little better on this!

An amazing stay! The place is well located, in a quiet area away from the busy town, but right across from a bus stop that can take you to Chania centre for €3.20 (very convenient). Very beautiful hotel with polite service. Food are very delicious but the only downside was its repetition. Swimming pool and slides are very funny. Animators complemented each day with cool attractions. Rooms and hotel are very clean, comfortable and beautiful. In the hotel there are so many flowers which caused a positive vibe.

We had a great time in Crete at Chrispy water world hotel. The location was a bit distant but walking to the near by village didn't take long but it was pretty local, there were not so much tourist stores there, which was a good thing. But it was easy taking the local bus to Chania, Agia Marina or Platanias to visit tourist stores and places. The local bus whent every 20 minutes. The resort was nice...

Luca & Julia and their colledgues was amazing. My 5 yesr old told me that ”Luca is hos friend”. They made the whole family to feel welcomed and happy, Young as old. Luca and Julia was amazing. The room at the hotell has more to ask for and it was super wierd that the waterpark closed 1 hour because of ”lunch break”.

On arrival we were shown to our room which was not the sea front suite that we had paid for!! On complaining we were told that it would be ready the next day which of course was totally unacceptable. Where do I start. We arrived early hours of the morning. It was our honeymoon and when we got to the room they had decorated the door with a bow champagne and a love heart cake which was lovely. Fantastic adult only hotel, the staff were amazing from welcoming us to the resort to leaving the bar staff made sure we were looked after..even going the extra mile to go to their sister hotel before work to ensure I had my favourite drink in to last for the delivery. It's an old hotel but the service is good. rooms cleaning every dag and the breakfast is very good. the staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is so and so coz its not near to the beach . it takes about 15 min to go to the beach. a very near supermarket and the bus station too.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room cleaned daily, spotless. Shower room was dark as it had floor and up to ceiling modern charcoal colored tiles, still dark with light on! What a lovely gem of a hotel, great views over the sea, lovely pool/bar area, super friendly staff, great room with air con & room safe included.
