Property was visually beautiful. Lots of nice pools and great views. Breakfast buffet was good. Service was lacking. We were switched into a different room “equivalent” than what was booked. Need to have a car rented or you will be stuck in the property. Value for the money was not there.

We loved this hotel! We chose this hotel because of location, a little secluded but 20 minutes from Rethymno. It was nice to have the seclusion and quiet feel since we were on our honeymoon. Staff was wonderful, accommodations were wonderful. They sent us a bottle of champagne when they found out we were on our honeymoon.
