Well it is in the heart of the city you have a great view and it is value for money. The service is excellent and if you are lucky you may find a parking spot in their parking

Perfect location, good price, breakfast service is good, clean rooms. only matter is parking facility, but this is common for Greece. I paid €10 for 24h to a close parking area.

Others: Breakfast was OK The mattress was pretty hard - some like it, others do not. Bottom line - when arriving to town, the hotel provides good value for money

The staff also were tremendously helpful with locking in a limited parking spot for us in their underground lot without extra cost to us, which was a huge stress releiver as I was traveling with a small child and chasing parking owuld had been tough

Church bells will wake you up. Out the front door & found excellent breakfast place & coffee literally 2 min away. Anna-Maria’s breakfast place was great

The location is right in the beginning of everything interesting in town; literally five steps away from everything. No breakfast but at so many options on your doorstep

Staff could not be more helpful; great recommendations and correct information. Beautiful rooms, very well sound-proofed and air-conditioned. No lift, so not ideal for travellers with mobility issues

The location is great since you are just a few steps away from the old city and the city's waterfront. For those who would like a city break in Kavala, Old Town Inn is strongly suggested

Breakfast hits the pot and service is late in the night. Discreet and luxurious with service at highest quality level. An experience we recommend to couples that want to move away from the city stress

You should definitely try a drink at the bar. Anastasios is the most kind and funny employee i met in 15 years of constant travelling, greetings from Romania

There is an excellent restaurant on site and in the height of summer, it is very pleasant to eat out on the terrace, with a view of the town and the sea. Eating here is an elevated experience

It is more of an event, than an ad hoc affair. There is a multiple course tasting menu (do tell them your food allergies and preferences in advance. They coped really well with my vegetarian requirements)

We stayed two nights there. The room was nice although bit dated. The location was good and the stuff very friendly. Overall for low budget I will recommend to stay there, very good value for money.

Great place - fresh air, beautiful beach, nearby one of the best cities in Greece - Kavala.

Hotel is not bad, at the time I was there water was clear and nice. Water heater in rooms is not so good, not enough hot water for 2 people. If you need shower - you got 2 minutes. lol after that water is cold

The only thing is that bathrooms should be definitely refurbished - I can't imagine how a guy just a bit stouter that me can use the toilet seat

There is beach 2 minutes away, but you need to cross a busy road with no walkmarks, so its kinda dangerous to do it with the kids. The beach is clean and the food at the beach bar/restaurant is good - very big dishes

Villa Nickolas has a very good position. It is close to the sea, but also to Kavala. The hosts were very careful with us. Knowing that we have a baby and coming out of the way have been waiting for us with snacks

Not a bad hotel, but it is on a main road, too much traffic noise. Not good for children.

Some tips to the manager: - When the hotel is empty, provide your guests with the best rooms, with the best view, do not limit yourself and the staff with first-floor-restaurant-view rooms, even if your guests come from Bulgaria; - Buy new bath towels!!! Old and smelly towels are an insult to the guests; - The location is very good, but it does not compensate the bad breakfast

Owner of the hotel is very rude. He always shouts and do not know how to talk with customers. Breakfast is same every day and moderate. Beach is also good and they do not permit to drink anything from outside

Porto Palio Beach hotel is a fantastic place for a private summer vacation in Greece. This quiet hotel offers quality vacation time. It has its own beach, with umbrellas and sun beds reserved for the hotel's guests

It has its own restaurants - one for lunch and dinner and one for breakfast. It is a very safe place for families with children. The hotel is well-maintained and has superb central air conditioning system

The beach was sandy with clear, clean water and the thick lounge chairs were outstanding. The on site restaurant provided excellent food, fresh fish choices daily and daily offerings of Greek dishes

The bar made the best Fredo Cappucino's I have ever tasted. I visited Maria at the Spa for a facial and was so delighted, I also returned for a hot stone massage

The restaurant food is the best it's ever been, but our favourite part is the Marinis Spa where you can relax and get a fantastic massage. Vournelis is a fantastic place to stay for the summer!

Great host, good rooms, good services, nice location, nice pool, but not so big, very close to the beach. U can make bbq. Sheets and towels changed every to days, nice locatoin, rooms with balcony and bathroom.

Nice and quiet place at the end of Nea Peramos. Really good for relax. Lovely people, good hygiene and good rooms. Its refreshing to drink a coffee or orange juice close the pool. Breakfast is rich and good. I recommend.

Great place, plenty of different food options. Although wifi in my room was terrible. Cleaning services was also not the best, cleaning took a long time and towels left were dirty with brown stains

There is small town near the hotel but there isnt much to do there, if you want to explore Greece you should either take tours by your travel agency or just take ferry from that town to Kavala, i havent been there but its bigger city

It's only a 5 minute's walk from one of the best beaches in Pachis and there are good tavernas to eat close by

It used to be really a gem, a diamond before. We have stayed in the hotel 3 times before and every time it was really really nice, cozy place with fantastic service and breakfast out of this planet

The facility is a 10-minute walk from the sea. You can also reach the center with a 10-15 minute walk. When you go to Keramoti beach, the island of Thasos is in front of you and has a crystal clear sea

I was fantastic! Just 100 metres from the shore that was so pretty and the waters so clea! The all inclusive buffet had a good variety that was never boring for us!

The Zoe hotel staff are lovely especially the day time receptionist I think her name is Dominique, she really goes above and beyond. Bar staff are good but one guy is very moody rude and miserable

We spend 10 days in the Zoe hotel nd I have to say it was so relaxing! Its only a few minutes by foot from the Tripity beach( clear water) and the water park that we had a free access! The rooms was clean and the staff was very polite

The main hotel is based a 30 minute walk away from the nearest shops , bars and restaurants, unless you decide to use the hotel facilities across the road in the sister hotel , Blue Dream Palace

Tui this is NOT a 4 star hotel ! It is just about a 3 star. The problem when you start to misinform customers is that you raise their expectations which in turn leads to immediate disappointment

Fantastic place! Went on vacation to Rodon House with the family (including young kids and babies) many times and will go again! The hotel and garden with pool are beautiful, the beach cove is incredible, with turquoise water (and very shallow and still, ideal for a small baby), the rooms are spacious and cool even in the heat of summer

The pool and bar area are beautiful, serene and relaxing and if you walk through the bar area you are straight onto the beach, where Rodon House have dedicated sunbeds around the sea cave adjacent to Trypiti beach

Hotel Thalassies is everything you want when you go on vacation: perfect cleanliness (changed towels every day, linen every two days), peace, the sea within walking distance (we were lucky to have a room with a sea view), delicious food, special people: the owners, the restaurant staff-some nice ones, always with a smile on their face and concerned about the comfort of the guests), the cleaning lady...

But the salt and pepper of this place is represented by Nico (or Nick, as we called him), is ubiquitous, jokes with everyone, recommends if you do not know what to choose, does tricks to children when they show signs of getting bored at the table with parents

It may be hard and exhausting for them to keep this top level of service all the time, but they will do anything to make your stay perfect (ask Nico for whatever, this dude is just build different

Rest of the complex is still very nice however it just looks older and the TVs are smaller not that you will be soending too much time in the room ;)

28july-6aug 2025 We come every year în Pefkari , for scuba diving. It was the only acomodation we have found at the end of july for the mentioned period. We have found decent condițion with very kind and amabile host

Definetly not for pretentious peoples, 3 star hotel, located apx 700 m from the sea, 400m from a Matsoumi supermarket. We will come again and we recomend for the boeme atmosfere
