Hotel Thalassies exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with beautiful sea views. Our room was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony where we could relax and watch the sunset.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. You can really feel the family-run atmosphere — warm, welcoming, and personal. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Thasos. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Overall, this wasn’t being pleasant experience as I thought it would be. The staff were polite and friendly but the accommodation was far from what I expected. Instead of taking a rest and enjoying we were facing problems every single night with people who were yelling in front of our room, cars that were passing. Across our room, there are 2 parking lots, and people were getting in and out during the night, flashes of cars getting in directly to our room waking us up, on top of that privacy was 0. Good place to visit but not to stay (studios, I am not sure about the hotel).To whom it may concern, please work on solving this problem, so no one else doesn't experiences this inconvenience

Hotel Thalassies is a hidden gem in Thasos! The service was outstanding — the owners really go out of their way to make you feel at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The pool, the beach access, and the clean, well-kept rooms make it an amazing value for the price.
It’s also in a great spot to explore the island. We rented a car and had no problem getting to all the major sites. Would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal stay with a sea view!
A clean and well-maintained hotel in a perfect location – just a few steps from the beach and very close to the center of Limenaria. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety and tasty options. The view from the balcony was stunning, and having sunbeds and a beach bar right in front made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose it again!

Perfectly located right in front of the beach, it offers stunning sea views and immediate access to the crystal-clear waters ,ideal for a relaxing and scenic holiday. Everything was perfect to the last detail. The service was awesome, spotless clean, every day new towels and bed linens. The hospitality of the staff is priceless, best staff ever, so kind and friendly. It may be hard and exhausting for them to keep this top level of service all the time, but they will do anything to make your stay perfect (ask Nico for whatever, this dude is just build different. Great place with great people! This is a clean and nice hotel right by the beach. You have a great pool if you what to stay there but the beach is so much beautiful. The people are friendly and helpful. I love it! We will come back soon!!! Thank you for a great summer vacantion Maria and Vasilis!!! See you soon!!

Great hotel rooms, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was good. The hotel's beach bar is a place where you can spend your time each night. The most important thing is the friendliness of the owners and the staff. I was here 3 years ago and this year again and we will definitely come back. Thank you, Maria and Vasilis for a great time in Thassos! See you again soon!!!

I have been in many hotels in Greece earlier, but this is a winner of them all. The hotel rooms and the general facilities were clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was good. The hotel's own beach bar is a place where you will love to spend your time each night. The most important thing that makes this hotel better than any other is the true friendliness of the owners and other staff. Not fancy kindness but real caring. I've never experienced the same thing. How can you hope more? We got friends and we will definitely come back when the time is right.

Don't know about the hotel but for the restaurant. Me and my wife came to eat. She's allergic to gluten, which we told Nikos the waiter. He said they get a lot of people who are allergic so he understood and said he had gluten free bread and soup for her. We ordered and ate and thought everything was fine until we came back to our hotel and she started throwing up. 4 hours of throwing up and no sleep because of it. Clearly what we got wasn't gluten free.
