We booked a spa day for our friend’s bachelorette and couldn’t be happier. Everything was so relaxing and fun — the perfect mix! The treatments were amazing, and the team made us feel super welcome. It was such a lovely way to celebrate together. Would totally do it again!

Nice clean and large room. Large bathroom Confortable bed and pillows The staff was very polite and helpfull. There is EV charge on the outside parking Breakfast with very limited choice, not very tasty and most of the food was cold It takes about 20 min to city center

Its excellent place, very family friendly. The best staff. very clean rooms delicious and clean food the children enjoyed the pool and the food served in the morning I would suggest staying there and there is a shopping center nearby we will be back

I booked a stay here for 3 nights in June. The gym was not available (which was one of my main reasons to book this facility). The breakfast had cold boiled eggs from the day before and spam instead of bacon. The premium standard is definitely not met by this resort. The staff is very unfriendly and smokes on the balcony instead of tending to customers. On the second night, at 3 am!! a pipe bursted from under the sink in the bathroom, water got all over the room including 3 other neighbor rooms. Nobody was at the reception and I waited in the lobby until 8 am. When the staff arrived there were no excuses or refund offers. Don’t book this hotel if you need medical assistance. I got a panic attack and get really anxious when the water bursted. I knocked on the room next to me, and a Greek couple managed to close the pipe with a towel. Very unpleasant experience that would have been more acceptable if the staff would have at least apologized…

A great disappointment based on the descriptions and reviews of this so called spa hotel. The spa and indoor pool are closed 2 days per week which wasn’t communicated well in the advertising material and the beautiful looking pool from the advertising material actually faces and is next to a busy main road to Athens which has trucks passing frequently. So although the pool is a decent size it isn’t somewhere you would choose to relax due to the traffic noise. This hotel is supposedly a four star establishment but is more of a glorified roadside motel which might suit you if you are on a road trip and you need somewhere to break the journey.

Totally misleading! I have travelled to over 20 countries and stayed in 3 4 and 5 star hotels. AAR is not a 4 star. We booked for1 night to relax and have a spa experience as advertised! Used booking to book and it was not communicated to us that the spa does not operate 7 days. The outdoor pool albeit good sized was not not ideal for relaxation as it was literally 20 meters from the motorway with trucks passing by every 2 min or so. In Australia Aar would be classifieds as a.motor hotel with a pool! Good size comfy beds and clean premises.

Terrible. Definitely not to the standards of a 4-star spa and resort hotel, more like a 2 star hotel. Rude receptionist, a lot of things were broken, the gym is nonexistent, dirty, no reception at night or any emergency contacts but anyone can access the hotel (their excuse was that if anything happened they could check it in the cameras the day after.

The worst hotel experience I ever had. The girl at the reception is extremely rude and sarcastic, we reported a lot of problems since we got in (broken parts, dirty sheets, the gym is non existent). On top of that, they claimed we booked one night less than what we booked and paid for because they could not find it in their system. At nights there is no staff at the hotel for emergency cases or protection, and the doors are open for anyone to access. SCAM.

Deceiving. Definitely not a 4 star hotel resort and spa experience and the photos definitely don’t match what you actually find when you get here. Extremely poor maintenance and management of the hotel, many broken things, gym non existent, spa services not actually available, pool doesn’t open till 11:00, no staff at the hotel at night but at the same thing full access is possible to just anyone during those hours. One of the rooms doors made an alarm sound every time we opened it.
