My wife and kids had a fantastic time the room was very clean the hotel well organized and managed. Exceptional location very close to everything and best of all Pet friendly. We even used the service elevator to move our two dogs to and from the room. Most importantly the hotel also has parking. A very good choice when in Ioannina.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the centre of Ioannina. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and reception were particularly helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Unacceptable room conditions. The floor had nails and rubbish left behind from previous guests. The rooms were old and smelled strongly of cigarettes. We had to call reception twice to have the room cleaned and even had to show them photos as proof. On top of that, the staff were not polite, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The price is great, and although it is old, it has everything you need. The breakfast was not great, but overall I am very happy with my stay. We had a family room . It was good but noisy during the night . Gor 1 night is perfect! Thank you

The hotel is in a good geographical position. I am a regular customer there. The staff service is very good. The rooms are old but clean. Several times I had the opportunity to sleep in a room with windows overlooking the main road and right above the traffic light. The noise of cars and the acoustic signal of the traffic light were excruciating... The price is affordable.

Free private parking
Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that.

The hotel room is small and the elevator is small. There are also door decorations. The service is generally okay, but they don't actively provide mineral water. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, the same every day. Compared to the city and price, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.
