I stayed here with my friends for 5 days. The location is great, right in the heart of Kos Town and only 10 minutes walking to the beach, or local restaraunts.
The room was clean .
It is a very good accommodation of a low budget.
Ps: They charged me extra 5€ per day for the AC

Enjoying my stay so far here, 1 more week to go. Got a great overview over the city from my terrace.
I stayed here with another 3 friends. The location is right in the heart of Kos Town and only a short walk to the bar strip, beach, or local restaraunts. The manager Babis, was a very friendly man, who was very helpful towards us and even enjoyed a few drinks with us in the evening. I would stay here again.
We Took a chance when booking this hotel as we didn’t know where we were staying.
It turns out to be a little Gem first thing we noticed it was very clean and tidy
the rooms to are very clean and spacious with everything you need for a chilled out holiday.
The pool, pool area and bar are also kept to a high standard and nothing is to much for the staff and always greeted with a smile.
We intended on eating out but always seemed to eat at the hotel bar before leaving as the food was great and always served decent sized portions at a good price.
The hotel is also located in perfect walking distance to the main harbour where you will find bars, restaurants ,shops and all boat trips.
I’m normally one who wants to try different hotels but I will be coming back to the Erato hotel in may next year and bringing family with me I recommend it that much.
Thank you the staff at the Erato for making my stay a pleasant and enjoyable visit to Kos see you all next year

We booked on a budget and Erato Studios fitted the bill. We wanted a base to tour from.
Excellent location (7mins walk from Harbour), friendly staff, Babis the manager was VERY helpful, large rooms with a seperate dining area and a HUGE balcony.
Ignore the bad reviews, the only negatives and there aren’t many were no oven or bath and only one hob. We could have asked for another hob though... ;-)
The fridge was large, easy to use microwave, good sized dining table and a third single bed in the dining area. Plenty of cooking utensils were supplied too. TV in bedroom and balcony access here too.
The rooms were very clean and that goes for the bar and pool area, it’s clear that the staff work hard to provide the best possible experience.
If you want a 5* Hotel all inclusive hotel with nightly entertainment then look elsewhere and pay for it!!
If you are on a budget and want a central Kos Town location (supermarket is only 2mins walk away too), friendly staff and a nice clean place then you couldn’t do better than book at Eratos Studios. We didn’t get time to use the pool but the area was plenty big enough for the number of apartments and there was a side kids pool too.
