We booked the Chinese restaurant for one evening this, however, was pretty chaotic. We all ordered our starters and mains, which all arrived on our table at the same time… 14 separate meals made it very difficult to eat

Please ignore the negative reviews. We loved our holiday here and it's definitely a five star experience, staff, food, pools, gardens are all amazing

However, we saw the funny side of it and still had a good time plus the food was OK. The staff at the Nisos and the Chinese restaurant were exceptional and were a credit to themselves and the hotel

We wouldn't hesitate to return! Unfortunately you always get those you can't please

Best cocktails are in the lobby bar, do not recommend beach bar, drinks are watered down. Hotel is child friendly with good selection of multiple food options from street food to more healthy ones - smoothies, salads

Pools are not heated if you’re going out of high season, seaside is great. Would recommend booking brunch to enjoy lovely meal with a great view

You have plenty of options for food, but the main restaurant is a bit repetitive. It would also be nice to have allergens included with the displays, especially with the desserts

The themed restaurants and the main restaurant were all great, and had plenty of gluten free options to offer my wife, all cooked fresh in separate areas to avoid cross contamination

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel has been designed in the Mitsis natural theme but structured with so many comfortable nooks and pathways. Filled with lush sofas, flowers and water features

Loved staying at Mitsis Norida. Rooms were clean everyday, sun beds very comfortable, get up before 9am to secure one of the comfy pods. Spaces always available at beach if not. Good outside gym with barbells and plates

We went late October so it was peaceful and quiet. The main buffet restaurant was great, so much choice for every meal. We booked the other restaurants with no problem too

A very pleasant hotel for families with children. Great pools and a large, two-level paddling pool. Unfortunately, the main restaurant is very crowded during peak season

Just returned on 15 October after 8 day stay our third visit to Kos always stayed at Atlantica hotels this is first time at Beach resort but far the best we usually go Adults only but the children were all well behaved so was not a problem on arrival George the hotel manager booked us in and treated us really special cannot thank him enough what a lovely human being he is

Everything from dining to leisure and entertainment were perfect plenty of choices to eat and relax or swim we were always able to get one of the many many sunbeds gueste did not need to reserve with towels as Dawn breaks as many other hotels we stayed at did

All inclusive program is perfect. The zero sugar soft drinks was only cola. No fruit soda zero sugar options. Service was exactly as I prefer, not in your face or over the top

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Two huge swimming pools and Hotel is right on the beach. We had the half board which included breakfast and dinner. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the center of town

The Town of Kos is very bicycle friendly. There are bike lanes from the hotel to the center of town. One can rent bikes directly in front of the hotel

The experience there was great. The hotel has everything you could need or want. A beach, pool, bars with free alcoholic drinks, tasty food, and a kind reception. The manager himself was very helpful and professional

Free table tennis and tennis were a nice touch that delighted me. The only downside was the rooms and some parts of the hotel which were visually old. A proper renovation would be suitable

proper 4* hotel, well maintained, good facilities easy to access from Kos Port (bus stops right outside & runs 3/4hourly (except 2-4pm)

We have a five month old baby and we couldn’t use the pool it’s was far to cold we wouldn’t book this room type again because of this reason huge huge shame! Home after a week stay at this fantastic. Hotel ! All staff were amazing. Everywhere was so clean and tidy from the moment we walked through the lobby and escorted to our room, Which was modern immaculate and spacious

The hotel complex, pools, beach, Restaurants, food, drinks were perfect. We had an all inclusive break and stayed for 7 nights and felt looked after so well. Staff really nice and helpful

Buffets were really well organised and there was not any chaos even there was lots of peolpe at the same time. Hotels own app was amazing it was so easy to order drinks from beach or from pool

From the bar to the restaurant to the gardeners, every detail was perfectly executed, and we truly felt like every need was anticipated

This is an all-inclusive hotel that rates 4 real world stars depending on where you are standing. The food is great, with loads of variety, and the restaurant staff are great, but a little over stretched

The drinks are good (the bar staff are great), and the themed restaurants work well

The food in all of the restaurants was great, service for drinks very slow most of the time and drinks at the bar were very inconsistent

Had a holiday and family wedding at the hotel, wedding coordinator Margherita was amazing. Very clean hotel, great food in buffet restaurant. Long walk to the room but well lit and good walkways

It's OK, but it's not up to the hype. Very average all-inclusive with no USP at all (water park is not a usp as you pay to enter)

Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

The hotel was great value for money. We stayed in one of the windmills. Lots of food and drink available on 'all inclusive'

Some stains could be easily cleaned with right products and some effort. The food is good, I always find something, however, sometimes it did not look so nice. All in all I had a very good and comfortable stay!

The Hotel area is very beautyful. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is perfect. I love the free safe as well as the electronic handling in connection with the cleaning service

Large pool area, no race for beds so it feels like you don't have to rush out in the mornings. Drinks are OK, no premium drinks in all inclusive but you can pay for these

I know everyone has another taste, but you can always add more salt, you cannot minus it, especially if we talk about meals for kids. However, there is so many products every day I found something amazing

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

) breakfast (even in description) is "american" what it means cakes are defrozen and donuts tastes like paper. However there is a lot of fresh products to do oatmeal, prepare salad, variety of cheese and sausages

or you can rent car, scooter, beach buggy or quad and travel to other beutiful spots in under 30mins. would we do Gaia royal again definately 100% yes. This place is special and has something for all ages

lunch&supper Food generally is very salty, fried potaoes or vegetarian meals sometimes so much it was unpossible to eat it

The whole place is very well organised, garden is marvellous, there are paths for babystrollers and plants and palms are amazing. Bravo for reusable cups - it makes place seem much more clean and friendly

The staff is welcoming, friendly, attentive, charges with a positive mood! Rooms are cleaned, towels and linen are changed daily. Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel, even on the beach!!! Thanks to all hotel staff!!!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the hotel. We were a family of five spread over two rooms. We were bought a welcome drink on arrival, which was very pleasant

The food was good quality and well set out, the dining area was very beautiful compared to other buffet restaurants that we have been to. The coffee service and clearing up was very slow, which did let it down slightly

The second room was much better, there was no unpleasant smell and the view from the balcony was much improved. We had bed and breakfast only , as we like to eat out every day at the local restaurants

So we did not experience any of the restaurants in the hotel aside from the buffet breakfast

It would be better if the heated pool was freshwater! The pools in general were beautiful, although the pools were too cold to swim in aside from the children’s pool which was about 60 cm deep and more of a paddling pool

We were very happy with our decision to upgrade. Mini bar was restocked daily with water, pop, beer/wine which was great to enjoy a drink on the balcony

So I’ll start with what was great… the pools are beautiful, we pretty much went to the two main infinity pools everyday, we got there at 8 every day to get sun beds and they go FAST

The restaurants were okay but were often out of menu items and frequently got our orders completely wrong. Stick to the snack options for lunch, breakfast is great, and the Mediterranean restaurant for dinner is good

I also love how they remove towels when people leave their sun beds for over 40 minutes. The pizza and drinks at the bar here also great. Staff over all were amazing super friendly and helpful

The sea front rooms have the most beautiful views. The weather in October was perfect and not too cold, all the restaurants have blankets for the evenings when it gets windy

Our towels weren’t always changed, our robes would be taken and not replaced, and our mini bar was fully replenished maybe twice- not the end of the world but not what you expect in a 5 star hotel

Restaurant service throughout the stay was also slower than expected, with meals frequently taking a long time to arrive and at one stage taking over 25 mins to be seated despite being on time and with three small hungry, tired children it was poor

Securing restaurant reservations proved difficult and there remains a clear gap between the standard and Deluxe experience

One area of real concern was the speed and manner in which buggies were driven around the resort. Given the number of small children present, they were often driven unsafely and at speed

While it is understandable that Deluxe guests receive additional benefits, the standard package is already very expensive and should still feel seamless and premium

The room service food was again very poor, often tasteless and on several occasions undercooked, which was disappointing for a premium resort

Overall the service felt less polished, with fewer highly trained staff compared to other Ikos properties we have visited

Food and drinks were plenty and a good choice for everyone. A choice of 3 pools and a 2 minute walk onto the beach. If we were to come back to Kos I wouldn’t not hesitate to stay over again

It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel! We had a junior suite which was spotlessly clean and had the most amazing views! Sunset from our balcony is something I will never forget! We were brought fresh water and clean towels every day

There was plenty of choice at meal times and the staff were genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met! Kardamena is a very short walk away, just 10 mins along the beachfront

We visited the water park, Nisyros and also hired a car for a day and did a road trip round the island. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back! Hopefully for a 10 day stay next time rather than 7! ☺️

Ideally located around a 10 minute walk into the town centre. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights as a family of 4, room 320! The hotel, staff and facilities were great and would say that they are a 5* hotel

The house keeping manager Linda and Boma do such an amazing job. It's an amazing hotel and will be back next year. I would give 10 stars if I had the option. Well done to everybody at Mitsis

Felt like home thanks to the amazing staff! We loved our stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, but it’s the people who made it unforgettable

The food is delicious, as are the drinks served all day at the Main Bar, Pool Bar, and Beach Bar. There are two excellent à la carte restaurants: the Italian and the Meat Restaurant

The buffet restaurant was very good with a great choice of dishes and the AL a carte restaurant meals were delicious. The pool and beach areas were comfortable although the pool was a little cold

This was a lovely hotel kept very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As in most inclusive hotels the variety of food could have been a little more interesting but overall very nice.

This was our twelfth visit to Mitsis Ramira on Kos. And yet again, we had a fantastic holiday. Everything is perfectly organized: beautiful and tidy rooms, excellent cleaning every day, and fresh towels every day

My favourite part of my holiday was the activities run by the animation team which they did the following: Darts, Archery, Mini Golf, Beach Volley Ball, Football, Water Polo, Aqua Gym/ Zumba plus more and the winner's got given a certificate and medal

We spent nearly £6k to come here as a family and do not feel it was good value for money. Rooms: not good, damp, smelly, ants, just grubby in general

Food was NOT properly labelled up so I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel for anyone that has any food intolerances or allergy’s (which I think Jet2 as reps need to investigate further as I don’t believe this is compliant with current regulations and could end up being serious) We didn’t try the seafood restaurant

Staff: Most were lovely, didn’t have a great experience with one of the managers who made us feel as if we were a nuisance when we told her about some of our issues, one of the bar staff was really rude and always miserable, almost grunted when you spoke to him! One member of the animation team was really inappropriate, very full on with the husbands and didn’t get the hint when you wanted to be left...

Nice resort food was good with plenty of choice drinks were ok. Entertainment in adults only bar was shocking. Double room was nice but very small. Family rooms around the pool were big but very noisy

Good shuttle bus in to the town. Would not call this resort 5 star but it was nice

The smell of sewage is very bad all round hotel and as walk back from the town you can smell the hotel !!! Very off putting We had raw sewage in our room could of been dealt with much better eventually sent an apology fruit plate from breakfast and a bottle of wine when your staying in a all inclusive these were both available from restaurant so hardly and apology

Pool bar great drinks , good animation team. Cons Restaurant food had a good choice , but food was never hot was only ever Luke warm. Most staff were polite there was two reception staff who were extremely rude

Pros Great location with beach short walk , great little walk along beach to lovely little town Kardamena. Great bars restaurants gift shops. Bar taverna food hot and freshly cooked

Stayed here for 10 nights in bungalow 77 with a shared swimming pool. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk to the main resort of Kardanena where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful promenade

Fresh pizza made on site, meat and fish cooked in front of you absolutely loved it. Wine, lager and soft drinks available on tap during all meal services but coffee machine only open at breakfast

Good sized, quite private terrace with very small table, chairs, 2 sunbeds and fixed in place parasol. Cleaners came everyday and were very good, all the staff were very friendly throughout the hotel

———- Simply not good value for the added expense of very mediocre “All-inclusive” food, coffee, wine and drinks

Our room was spacious and well-appointed, making our stay comfortable. The dining options were impressive, with a great selection of meals that catered to various tastes

👎Food and beverage massively disappointing. If you are looking for good food, wine and coffee, reconsider. Even the “a la carte” restaurants were not quality food or drink. - Staff were very friendly and helpful

No brewed or Espresso or Greek coffee available at the resort. - Wine! The “All-inclusive wine” is really bad. Quality bottled wine costs extra. - Beer! The one type of included beer is mediocre

Wonderful staff who are so quick and efficient thanks to their mix of students studying Travel or Hotel Tourism type studies. Really was one of our best 5 star holidays and no regrets.

The entire staff, right down to the housekeepers, is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean you feel comfortable and safe

We were below the restaurant so the chairs moving were a little distracting, but didn't take anything away from the experience

There was some confusion with the booking when we first arrived, but it was swiftly resolved by Maria. After a welcome drink we were taken to our room which was spacious, clean, comfortable with beautiful views

Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well positioned close to one of the pools. The grounds of the hotel were attractive and well maintained and there was lots of space for guests around the two pools

The place and the staff are excellent. Really enjoyed our family time. It's a shame that the place is being renewed and transformed into an adults-only hotel.

The food, breakfast was the worst meal, it was ok , but very strange to swerve green beans, sprouts, carrots etc. the eggs, beans and bread etc was fine

Quite a good choice every day for evening meal, desserts ver6 very good. The hotel is having a massive refurb now, so issues with rooms should be sorted

The nearby beach was also pleasant and the beautiful sunsets were a highlight each evening. There was plenty of choice of food and drink at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality was always good

It was the BEST massage I have ever had. The time, care and effort that went into it was unbelievable. They made us both feel Incredibly welcome and comfortable and I walked out feeling like I was walking on air

It was our first adult only hotel and wow, it is in a different league! The hotel is clean, tidy and in a good state of repair. All the staff are very friendly and polite, they really make you feel welcomed

This hotel is fantastic! Myself and my partner had a spectacular stay here. We had a swim up pool room which was excellent. We visited the spa and I had a Cretan massage - my therapist was Zoe
