We had a lovely stay in the Superior Suite room with sea view. We are a family of three with a five year old child. The room was a lovely size, the staff were fantastic and accommodating. It's a bit of a walk into the town proper, but manageable. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Rooftop bar is lovely in the evening. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a romantic getaway.

Great rooms, genuinely friendly staff and the sea right in front of the private beach is lovely and full of a variety of fish. The coffee is surprisingly good. There is some music from the bar next door, but with the door closed it is not audible. Generally you are outside of the crowdedness in this hotel. I stayed here in June for a couple of days – perfectly located a bit off the beaten path, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to the city center. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and room. Nice view from the balcony. We also had a small kitchen in the room. There is a beach in front of the hotel, but I would recommend going to some other beach which is properly maintained (you'll find them if you continue walking 5-10 minutes in any direction). Overall a really nice stay and we felt welcomed in the hotel.

Absolutely lovely apartments, both with balcony and without it. Ladies on the reception are very helpful, nice and friendly! It is next to the street so if you’re on that side, you might here few noisy motorbikes in the morning but the view just make it all unimportant.

Fantastic Apartments a gentle 15min stroll to Kos Old Town. Pana ( Pete) the owner is brilliant and welcomes guests with open arms. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his advice on all things Kos is invaluable especially his “Magic Map” we requested an upper floor room which we were allocated on check in. We got a corner room (66) with a big L shaped balcony with great views. Our room was spotless...

It’s impossible to write a review without mentioning the incredible, amazing, informative Boss Pete! Despite our TUI bus arriving very late at night, Pete was there waving to greet us by name (which he remembered the whole week!) We were immediately made welcome and got the full low-down of the attractions on Kos island, which he handily marked on the map he gave us whilst we sipped the chilled bottles...

What more can you wish that Manos the owner is so helpfull. From start at arrival he is your manager, bartender, chef cook, tourguide and friend. Together with his wife they make your holiday more then good. I am not going home yet, but thank you so much.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor at Michalis studios and apartments for 1 week with our teenage son. the apartment was well equipped with air conditioning in each of the bedrooms with a tv in the main bedroom. We also had a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, two ring hob and fridge. What was nice was we did not have to pay any extra for the air conditioning, kettle or toaster...

When we arrived at Michalis Studios & Apartments, Manos gave us a very warm welcome. From the moment you arrive you can feel that Manos wants you to feel 'home' in his beautiful place. He gave us the best tips of Kos and the rooms were very clean and the kitchen is easy and good to use. The pool is perfect and there is also a very nice bar where you can enjoy an ice cream, a cocktail or something...

I went on vacation with my friends and the penultimate day I didn’t feel very well. I asked to the reception some tea and they prepared it for me immediately. I think kindness is not something to be underestimated. Thanks a lot.

Very affordable, but therefore also "basic" apartments. Location in Lambi fantastic! The decor is simple, but adequate. The bathroom could use a makeover, cozy shower is not there. Nice spacious balconies, don't cook yourself! But as said: what you pay is what you get! Very friendly reception ladies.

The room is okay, the staff is kind and the swimming pool is great. The big problem is the extra cost. For the Airconditioning we have to pay 18 euros a day!!

Great location, near the city centre. Pool is in the sun almost the entire day. The rooms are big if somewhat old, amenities are dated but work fine

Just had a lovely holiday in these apartments ! Completely relaxing atmosphere. The pool was great , the room clean and nice and the food at the hotel good . We walked into kos town at night which is just over a mile and takes 25 minutes although a lot of people hired bikes. Will definitely return we really didn’t want to come home . We have just spent a week at Sandy’s in a studio as a family of three. The studio was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We paid for air con and this worked well. The balcony overlooking the pool was lovely and plenty big enough.The pool was really nice, lots of sun beds and everywhere was kept really clean. Our room was cleaned by a lovely lady who did an excellent job. We ate...

Loved Kos town. Sandy's was ok, good value very clean. Bit far out from middle of Kos town. €10 taxi from accommodation to town centre. Nice big pool, comfy bed nice clean towns and bedding. Room dated but fine as got here at a cheap price. Drinks and greek salads at pool bar good. Loved Kos town but as 35 mins walk from Sandy's maybe not stay here next time.

Excellent accommodation. Nice swimming pool with enough sunbeds and friendly staff, always ready to help. Unfortunately there were 2 cockroaches in our room, that was also the only disadvantage. Furthermore, the shower was difficult to adjust, but because of the heat you could take a cold shower. Air conditioning costs 8 euros per day, but really a must

Friendly staff and really nice people. The location is very quiet so there is no noise. For pool lovers there is also a nice pool. We did not use it. I do not know how the other accommodations are but can give a review about the studios. These are not bad but really extremely outdated. They are also dark inside and on the ground floor it is difficult to leave your curtains open because people can look...

Had a great stay at Sandys. Friendly helpful people. We had an apartment. Clean and good beds. Also good restaurant. Nice Greek evening. Quietly situated on the edge of Kos Town. Rented bikes to see the island. We are there for the 7th time in 2023. All in all a successful holiday.
