F Zeen Hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, but customer service is zero! Many points need fixing, the breakfast is shameful: there's no buffet at all, only limited à la carte options. If you ask for orange juice, it'll be served whiskey-style, meaning a few centiliters of juice, only one flavor of jam, no pastries, no croissants, no cured meats, no cheeses, no cakes, or anything similar. Plus, two days without croissants because they had problems with suppliers! It's clearly written on the menu that you can contact the staff for any need. We tried it, it worked for two days, and on the third day, the same problem persists, and this tells you everything about how poor the service is. We reported it to the manager, but nothing has changed, and it was almost pointless to discuss it!
In short, a 5-star luxury hotel from the Arabian Nights can't offer something like this!
