The rooms were well kept, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The food was tasty with good variety, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable.

The transportation is convenient, the hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable, and the environment is also good. I personally like it very much. The furnishings and layout of the room are quite comfortable and quite stylish.

The hotel is very well located, has a nice restaurant and bar, and is excellent service. Near to Meteora, but not so crowded as in Kalampaka. Unfortunately, the rooms need a huge renovation. But the staff is great and very helpful. The receptionists were more than welcome.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The room is relatively large and clean. It is very quiet on the top of the mountain. The breakfast is really amazing. Every food is super delicious and exquisite. It is an unexpected surprise.

Beautiful location on the side of a mountain. Pool, bar, parking, restaurant and spa are very good and pleasant to look at. The staff is kind. However, the room is spacious enough but needs renovation to meet the level of a 5-star hotel; The level of maintenance is also not suitable. In our room, the bathroom fan made an unreasonable noise and the faucet for selecting the water outlet was not working properly. Until 2 am, a disturbing hum from one of the engines in the hotel was heard in the room, which disturbed sleep.

What a great experience - we enjoyed every minute. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Food very good. The pool stunning. We stayed here for a wedding. The hotel did a top job. So nicely decorated with beautiful flowers on the tables, fairy lights, very romantic. The buffet for about 200 guests was scrumptious.

The hotel is located outside of the city. The Spa is great and so are the girls there. If you go for the spa that's ok. But, the service of the hotel is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel!! Stay somewhere else and go there only for the spa. Very poor management. It seems that they don't have a lot of guests so they treat you as a walking wallet. They even charge for the espresso in the breakfast (5 star hotel!!).

Great hotel with great views of mountains. Restaurant has a good menu although some more vegetarian mains would be nice Enjoyed our stay. great staff extremely friendly and welcoming good facilities
