We arrived at this residence and were immediately amazed by the helpfulness and friendliness of Mrs. Sofia, who welcomed us and our cones in a truly hospitable and familiar way. She showed us everything she needed to show us (kitchen, keys, door opening, etc.). Located just up the hill, it's perfect for a quiet getaway with the sound of cicadas in the background! In a two level renovated historical old house nicely decorated, in the old town stands this cute and elegant hotel with it's cozy rooms. There is no breakfast, or a lounge for a coffee. No elevator. Polite stuff. Easy car access. Recommended!

Well located on the seafront close to restaurants

The staff at Hotel Ostria were so pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast was plentiful and continental. The hotel is located right across the road from the beach with many bars and tavernas in short walking distance. We also walked into Kalamata centre which took about 20 minutes. It was als easu to drive to from the airport and there is sufficient parking in the local area...

The room was clean but balcony a 2ft strip overlooking a side street . Although plenty of bed side lights no switches to turn on giving a very dim view in room .no minibar no milk sachet for coffee . Breakfast very basic eggs yogurt cereals etc . Bread very dried up cake the same . Dissapointing . No info given. Opposite the beach which was fab

Great location with friendly and hospitable staff. Location is right across from the beach. Having the hotel breakfast across the road from the hotel was a memorable and great way to start the day. I stayed here in March with my family , the service was amazing staff was very friendly and attentive. Agatha made sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home, breakfast was fantastic along with the service. My family and I were visiting from Chicago and had an excellent stay. The room was great, excellent breakfast and very nice staff team. One issue which was not just the hotel but a wider known thing is the water gets shut down on occasion in the summer months in the area. In other words, if you plan to shower and think of delaying, take the shower at that time.

We booked on a recommendation and had not read the bad reviews. I am glad we did as our stay was fine. Aircon worked quietly. Staff were friendly although do not speak much English but that was never a problem . We had a fabulous time at Hotel Kastello. The staff were very friendly, and the room overlooked the green square. The room was very spacious and interestingly decorated. It was also cleaned daily. The communal hallway smelt fragrant, and it was polished.

Cozy hotel right next to the bus station. Our room was facing the bus station so I was a bit worried it would be noisy but I was fortunately wrong. The room is big, there's the bedroom and a smaller living room with a couch. Both rooms have AC and thank god because it was 37°C. It's close to pretty much everything and the host was lovely and attentive.

Property is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Nafplio. It also allows for extremely easy access with a car (if you are driving to Nafplio). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating -- our plane into Athens was delayed and the front desk person stayed an hour after the usual check-in time to make sure we were able to check-in in spite of our late arrival. Excellent room, great sea views. I would not recommend rooms at the rear, alley view. Very clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast area. Stated parking included but it’s on street and closest I could get was 100yards away. Can’t imagine how far away you would have to park in high season.

We had a lovely time staying at the Pantheon City Hotel. The room was newly renovated and the view from our balcony was breath taking. The staff was great and their breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day. We will definitely go back!

The views of Gytheio port are beautiful and really made the stay special. The only downside was parking. Between July 20th and August 20th, there’s no hotel parking available, so I sometimes had to search for up to an hour...

Shower had corrosion. Room faced an internal patio, sadly used by smokers, so the smell enters the room. Water fro faucet undrinkable - salty... Breakfast staff did no allow to fill our water bottles with the drinkable water served. Reception didn't seem surprised.

Room has an unbelievably strong cleaning chemical smell. So bad, I got nauseated.

The hotel is on the other side of Nafplio away from the center and water front. The hotel is old and has a weird smell. It needs to be renovated. There are no amenities at the hotel and parking is difficult to find. Our kids tried the free breakfast and they didn’t care for it. The beds were not comfortable at all. The furniture is old and non functional. What we paid for the hotel was too much!

We had a nice stay at Hotel Panorama. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Be aware that there is no elevator, but you can drive around to the back of the hotel to bring your bags in which makes it much easier. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Amazing hotel! We had a warm welcome, a beautiful room with lovely balcony and super comfy beds. The beach area is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Service was attentive, though not always proactive. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel was well maintained, clean and spacious. Staff was polite and helpful. Would have liked the walk to the beach to be shorter, but still, the beach was close and beautiful. The pool area was also very nice, my son spent most of his day there. A good choice for families, but you do need a car, there are many interesting places to visit nearby.

Paradise Resort is a small and quiet hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The pool was excellent. The staff was wonderful and attentive to all our needs and requests. A special thank you to Tatiana, who made us feel at home despite the unusual situation we were in, unable to return home. I was disappointed not to have been able to use the spa as it was just out of season. My room was spacious and clean, fine for the price though the shower isn’t very nice. We were very happy with our stay at Oasis Hotel . We spend 5 days at the end of Μay and everything was incredible. Our room was clean and tidy The staff were lovely and very helpfull. We stayed at OSTRIA Kavovatos Beach this past July, and honestly, it was one of the loveliest hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked a sea-view room, which was a dream! Super spacious, with a great-sized bathroom, balcony with table, chairs and an airer for swimwear, all the necessary amenities, and excellent air conditioning (a must in the summer heat). I can’t stress enough how spotlessly clean everything...

We had just come from the mountains at Lousios Gorge and having stopped at Ancient Olympia to see the sights wanted to stay by the beach. We found this hotel. Spotlessly clean, fabulous room with sea view balcony, right on a beautiful sandy beach. (With loungers and umbrellas) Srandard breakfast. Three tavernas within 120 metres and a lovely village with more restaurants and bars 400 metres away.

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms (at least the one they gave us). There's a nice garden before the beach and private umbrellas and deckchairs. Breakfast also is nice and the sea-view balcony is the perfect way to start a new day. Just by the hotel side there's a restaurant (a common Greek taverna) and the village ends here. Beautiful grounds with olive and pomegranate trees as well as flowers a plenty. The rooms were modern and spacious and the balcony views were spectacular. The Avra hotel in Nafplion is a lovely little boutique hotel located within walking distance to Old Town, a plethora of restaurants, shopping, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. While located on a busy road on one side, you cannot hear the traffic at all, making for a restful sleep. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms large. The hotel is extremely clean. It is a cool little place.
