Our stay at Aion Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality.

We accidentally booked our room for the wrong dates, but the staff was so accommodating and gave us a room without charging extra. Later, I got really sick and needed to see a doctor, but the doctor we called didn’t speak English. Vicki, the hotel owner, accompanied us to the appointment and translated for us. That level of care and kindness is rare, and we are so grateful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Avon, the staff were pleasant, accommodating, helpful, professional, courteous, and relaxed. The room was excellent, clean, aesthetically pleasing, the breakfasts were healthy and hearty, and the location is excellent as well. We did find an ashtray in our room, but nothing smelled of tobacco smoke, so I don't know that what was about, but other than this small oddity we have nothing but praise for the hotel, the service, and the staff.

Nice hotel with a central location in Nafplio. The hospitality is excellent and friendly and on request they even made us find espresso coffee for breakfast which is typically Greek. The general maintenance is a weak point, so much so that we requested a room change, which was granted.

After contacting us via email and establishing a price that was for two nights, we were charged a sum exactly double what was due and dramatically higher than an online reservation from various sites. The welcome was embarrassing and certainly did not put the guests at ease. Very complicated parking not close to the tree. An experience not to be repeated in that hotel in a wonderful town

The general design of the hotel deserves a major refresh, large carpets, dark room and fairly uncomfortable mattresses. Lunch there is not worth it, try in a cafe in town instead. Good location though, and everything was pretty clean (although a cockroach was wandering around in the bathroom).

Quite large room, super comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Additionally, the room had a large terrace with great views. The buffet breakfast is quite complete and rich, and the sweets also vary. The only downside is that the hydromassage shower did not work.

We stayed for 4 nights in October. It was located 2 blocks from the port in Nafplio. It was in a great location near restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel is adorable inside. Our executive room had a balcony and view of Palamidi Fortress and the clock tower. The staff were nice and friendly. Vickie was amazing. She assumes many roles (front desk, cleaner, cook, etc.). The breakfast was very filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. Vickie makes several of the dishes. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
