Orion Hotel Faliraki in Faliraki

The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything. The hotel grounds are very nice, well kept, clean with a spacious restaurant with good breakfast, very nice pool and pool area and a very good snack bar with reasonable prices and very good food and service, conveniently located next to the pool. The staff is very nice, especially at the snack bar. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are very comfortable, our room was cleaned every 2 days, for us was sufficient. In my opinion this hotel is a 3 star plus, would come back anytime and highly recommend to anybody who wants a nice, quiet hotel. Overall the accommodation and services have a very good value for the money spent.

I have absolutely no faults for this hotel AT ALL. Every day we had our room cleaned, clean towels, fresh bedding and mopped floors. The breakfast- Stunning - If something has ran out the staff are quick to replace it, the waffles - are really good if you like a sweet treat in the morning. We only had bed and breakfast so im unable to comment on the dinner. ALL of the staff are so lovely and kind, from waiters, to reception and the workers at the bar they are all so welcoming and kind. Our room - was brilliant, a fridge, kettle and balcony, the view wasn't scenic just the parking lot and some mountains but it really wasn't an issue we are not here for the views from our balcony 🤣 If views concern you though- upgrade to pool view, at night time the pool lights up beautifully. There are cats - everywhere! I love it! They're welcomed in and around the hotel which is great and theyre all friendly. The location itself in my opinion is perfect, not even a 5 minute walk to the "*****" and there's shops only a minute away. I cannot fault this hotel at all. I highly recommend it to any one wanting to visit faliraki

2nd visit this year to the Orion. Again we upgraded our room to a superior type but sadly not as good as our June visit. Our room this time was right in the corner of the block overlooking the pool. Room 222 was really small generally. Balcony overlooked about 3 other people's and had no sun at anytime of the day. Bathroom was really small and had toilet, sink and shower. We had no hot water from the Tuesday to the Friday morning, despite telling reception. Finally Friday night it was fixed. Food in the hotel and pool bar was brilliant as were the staff. Pool absolutely freezing, didn't go in once. We are out at various Restaurants but the best were Opera and Linguine. The Chinese was awful IMO, don't bother with it. Jet2 holiday staff were fabulous from Bournemouth to Rhoees and back. We would return but would definitely need a better room.

Room was clean and good value for money, the staff were helpful and friendly and the food/drinks at the pool bar and for the breakfast buffet were lovely.

Stayed here with my partner on 11th sept for 5 nights, bed and breakfast. Hotel was lovely, clean and looked really nice for a 3* We stayed in room 216 and the first impression of our room was nice, spacious and clean. The furniture was a bit outdated, however room was still nice. The bed was a big let down as it was 2 singles pushed together with separate sheets. One was on wheels so it kept moving and causing a divide down the middle. You go away with your partner, you don’t expect to be sleeping in separate beds, other than that very comfortable. The shower/bath was a let down as it was so small we struggled to shower comfortably. The water temperature and flow was perfect The main thing I didn’t like was on our floor the carpet in the corridor stopped half way down, so at night when we were asleep we were woken up by new guests pulling suitcases The cleaners were lovely and helpful, Natasha went above and beyond. Very polite and made us feel welcome. We were provided with fresh towels daily. Room was also cleaned daily apart from one day but they did give us fresh towels. Food hall was really nice modern and clean, situated just off reception. Pool area was fine, really quiet so you could just relax peacefully. Most of the time you could get a sun lounger but if not the beach is only 5 mins away All in all a very nice modern hotel, I’d say update the furniture and shower/bath in the rooms and I’m sure it would move up to a 4* I would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Orion Hotel in Faliraki last year and came back this September – it was just as amazing! Great location, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, a lovely pool, and strong Wi-Fi.

We stayed at Orion Hotel last June and came back this September because it’s just perfect! Beautiful, very clean, with a great pool, good breakfast, restaurant, and strong Wi-Fi. The location is ideal – main street, close to bars, restaurants, the beach, and the bus station. The service is amazing, and special thanks to Anastasia at the lobby for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
