Amerisa Suites & Villa in Fira

Relaxing accommodation, well located - close proximity to Fira town, extremely friendly front desk staff - Ralitsa was so helpful and organised our taxi back to the airport.

The property was close to downtown and shopping. Bus station was also close by so very easy. Pool was small but clean.

Conveniently located near Fira’s Marketplace about a 10 minute walk. The property is facing East, you’ll get a beautiful view of the sunrise. We had a rental car and it had a private parking garage of 4-5 slots where we parked. It’s beside a busy road, you will occasionally hear traffic noise.

Very friendly staff, we arrived at 8am and since our room was already ready, they allowed us to check-in rather than wait until 3pm, which was very helpful as we were able to rest from jetlag and the time difference. Staff always checked with us if we needed anything restocked and the deliver right away. Also provided maps and recommendations to get around.

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Caution when you take showers as it may create puddles outside of the shower door due to the V shaped type doors where water can get through.

Swimming pool available but not heated, there is a private jacuzzi on the 2nd floor but only available for guests staying in the room beside it.

Overall, we had a great stay, only wished we could use the jacuzzi after walking all day.

I stayed for a week. Very nice staff. They have two receptionist . They are very carrying and nice. They will inform you of where to go. The cleaning crew was great. You can walk from there to where ever you want to go. But I couldn’t walk, because of a knee replacement . So they call a taxi for me. So helpful. The only thing they need is a ADA for handicap. When I return I will book again here. Oh nice swimming pool.

Great service and customer appreciation. There is traffic noise due to being on a Main Street, many atvs returning back to Fira at night.

George and Ralitsa where always available to help you out. Eventhough we arrived at nearly 2am, it was no bother to them, there was even good communication before we even got to Santorini. The villa was a home away from home and had everything you needed. It was comfortable, with great sea views. Former reviews said the outside road noise was noisey, we did not find it so. We had great hosts, in a great location and it was a great place to stay. Thank you George and Ralista for having us.

Good location. Really appreciated the pool and balcony. Fresh towels were given daily. Would recommend
