Apanemo Hotel & Suites in Akrotiri

Beautiful, slightly remote with stunning views, great rooms with views, excellent staff.

Loved this property for our honeymoon! Perfect location and the shuttle service is amazing. The breakfast everyday is 10/10. We would stay here again.

The Apanemo hotel was on the quieter south side of the island. The view of the Caldera from our room was spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly and the included breakfast was delicious with many choices available. Don’t miss the ruins and the beach at Akroteri which are close by. There’s a boat service at the beach for €15 round-trip per person that will take you to the white beach, the red beach and the black beach and you can get out and swim and rent loungers and umbrellas for five euros per person and they will come back every hour or so to pick you up. We preferred the white beach because it had a sandy . We also rented a car for €50 a day and made our way easily around the whole island using navigation on our phone.

The views were to die for. Breakfast was fantastic with wonderful service. We were able to order off a menu the night before. They drove us into the town, Akrotiri any time. Very short drive. There are about 4 restaurants, a market, a couple shops and the bus stop. Bus goes to Fira, etc for 2 euro.

From the moment we stepped on the property we were greeted with the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Staff was extremely helpful and caring, they took care of all our needs, were extremely friendly, and the staff really made us feel like we were family.

The property was very clean and the staff were wonderful and very friendly. We received excellent service from them and the food at the hotel restaurant was great. It's a very quiet area and I would stay there again!

Very satisfied, thoughtful service

We was first time in Santorini and We had 2 nights with my wife we love it. Everything was perfect the staff was very helpful and smile all the time. The pool was extremely brilliant, caldera view brilliant love it. Our room was clean and perfect and view amazing. What we book we got it. And is perfect for family stay.

Bad point's is: Akrotiri is small village/town centre is small 4-5 restaurants and one supermarket in center. But close to red beach but not easy to walk go and back 😀
Another bad point is shower doesn't have hot water and water from shower and tap it's salty.
Another is our breakfast we ordered one day omlet and another day scrambled egg was very fatty/oil other things on breakfast was delicious. Recommended fresh orange juice, coffee and desert of the day.
