We visited Santorini recently with 10 other family members for our niece's wedding. El Greco was our hotel of choice. Great decision!! Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Wonderful hotel and service was great. Easy walk to shops 10 mins. Bar service at pool and Esmerelda was great. Breakfast not so good, food not hot e.g. bacon eggs etc. Location was excellent

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. Such a beautiful resort with Aesthetic interiors. Special mention for one of the staff, Androklis, he is by far the sweetest person we've met in Greece and really made our dinner pleasant.

Views, location and the room were really nice. However Breakfast was not good at all, opted to skip because of lack of fresh options and variety. Especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at we were certainly disappointed with the food. Hopefully they fix!

Fabulous hotel, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Santorini. My wife and I had an incredible 3 days at the Majestic hotel. The room, staff, pool, and views were all top notch. Special shout out to Amin and the food. Nice hotel but they didn’t explain how to operate the air conditioner on the 2nd floor and I had to ask for the mattress on the pull out couch to be switched because it was way too soft and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. For my second night, there was flushing water sound every hour from mid night, each time last for 10 min, make me awake whole night. I complain this to the manerger in the morning, instead of apologize, he said, why did you call as, we will move you to another room. Not recomendee . It’s normal resort nothing special you even not feeling you are in Santorini because the location is far away and you need car to go to the center. Taxi is very expensive there. They said online that they have free shuttle to center but when I ask they said we don’t have shuttle but when I said it’s written online they said we have but it’s 5 pm . it was just at 5 pm and it’s picking...

I really like the hotel environment. The small balcony in the room has a great view. The service is very good. The swimming pool is beautiful. You can sit in a chair by the pool to bask in the sun, drink tea, and daydream. It is suitable for friends to spend a vacation.

I really loved the hotel's ambiance. It was recommended by a friend in Greece, and I hope to bring my family here for vacation next year. Traveled with 75 year old mother who doesn't do stairs well so this was an obvious concern traveling to Santorini. This hotel was perfect for us! Recently stayed here with my sister. Ordered a Caesar salad with Parmesan during lunch and the Parmesan had mold on it. The kitchen said that is normal and it’s just the salad. Wow, what a view! We spent 2 nights in the double room which was much bigger than it looked online. We upgraded on the last night to the suite with the private jacuzzi and this was MORE than worth the cost (which I think they could charge double what they charge for this room). If you have an opportunity to spend even 1 night in this room, do it! The service from the entire team was exceptional...

Amazing hotel! Location, pool, ambience, and the service from Gianni and his staff was excellent. It’s a small boutique hotel and very quiet but in a great location. The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet in the room. Fridge is a good size so you can buy drinks at the mini mart and stock up. Thoroughly recommend this hotel in Santorini.

A truly great hotel with views to match. The staff were extremely helpful, weather is was at breakfast or asking for directions or helping with our luggage they were always very helpful. The hotel was clean and very close to all the restaurants and shops. The main bus stop and taxi area all all within a 5 min walk. We loved our stay and sure to be back sometime in the future.

Modern well equipped room. Very clean and housekeeping came everyday to make beds/ change towels. Beds were very comfy. Shower was great- hot and powerful. Lovely roof terraces with great sunset views. Staff were all extremely friendly and very accommodating. There is a safe and mini fridge in the room too.

Good location about 10 minutes walk from Fira Main Square and bus station. Also about 10 mins walk to the stunning caldera views. Friendly staff Konstantinos and Stan make you feel welcomed. I'd stay again.

The accommodation was old, and the bathroom and shower were unclean. The blankets were fluffy. There was no hot water. The lights were flickering, but they didn't replace them. The hot tub was warm. The location was good, as it was close to the bus stop. The room was small.

A little hard to find because you can't drive up to the property. The Hostess was very helpful in all aspects. The mattress was too firm. Convenient location to food, shopping and the Caldera. Would recommend as very affordable.

Overall, the hotel is good. The view from the room is great. There is a small but constant temperature hot spring bath, which is very comfortable to watch the sunset. The hotel is far from Fira town, and there are three free shuttle buses a day. There is a convenience store a few hundred meters away where you can buy some beer and drinks.

It was a really pleasant stay and the staff were all really nice and helpful! The receptionist Vagos, in particular, was really proactive in helping us out and recommending us to different places 😊

The room is clean, tidy and very spacious. There is a small table at the door where you can eat. The overall feeling is very comfortable. We arrived at 12 o'clock that day. The front desk staff was waiting for us. They helped us check in and moved our luggage. When we left, we had an early flight. They booked a cheap taxi for us and prepared breakfast for us.
