Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. Continental breakfast was lovely. Always looked forward to it. The cleaning service was spot on, our room always smelt nice and fresh and clean. There is air condition which probably helps in the height of summer but we didn't use it when we stayed in October. We loved our stay and if we come back, will probably stay here again.

The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate. However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund. Very beautiful hotel, lots of stairs so if you have bad knees probably not for you. This place is a rip-off. It's smaller than my bathroom at home, and the bed is barely wider than a sofa. How can they charge 800 a night for a room like this? Don't they have a conscience? This guesthouse must have just opened because there's a strong odor. They charge for everything, and linens are only changed every three days. They don't even clean your room unless you ask.

This hotel is a bargain! Their communication before your arrival is outstanding, and as soon as you check in they're available with great advice on local attractions. My cruise to the volcano and hot springs was arranged, ticket printed on the spot. The breakfast is excellent, and the whole place is kept very clean.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team deserves special mention for their attention to detail. The hotel boasts a prime location, close to the bus stop, making it convenient to reach Oia, the Red Beach, and the Black Beach. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent, especially the prompt replacement of the coffee machine when it broke down. The hotel facilities are adequate.
