Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Wonderful hotel and service was great. Easy walk to shops 10 mins. Bar service at pool and Esmerelda was great. Breakfast not so good, food not hot e.g. bacon eggs etc. Location was excellent

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. This place is a rip-off. It's smaller than my bathroom at home, and the bed is barely wider than a sofa. How can they charge 800 a night for a room like this? Don't they have a conscience? This guesthouse must have just opened because there's a strong odor. They charge for everything, and linens are only changed every three days. They don't even clean your room unless you ask.

This hotel is a bargain! Their communication before your arrival is outstanding, and as soon as you check in they're available with great advice on local attractions. My cruise to the volcano and hot springs was arranged, ticket printed on the spot. The breakfast is excellent, and the whole place is kept very clean.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team deserves special mention for their attention to detail. The area is excellent — easy to get around and close to key attractions. Staff were professional, approachable, and always ready to help. For the price, the overall experience exceeded expectations and offers great value.

The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate. However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund. Room was great. Very clean and well maintained. The staff are fantastic. Friendly helpful patient. Highly recommend this place. We saw many while we were in Santorini. A terrific hotel. Only drawback is the stairs up and down. Steep and long. Cardio is a must. Mobility is a must. But that’s true of almost every property in Santorini.

The food and service at this property are top tier except for one of the servers but I think he realized we were staying at the hotel then changed his tune but it didn’t ruin our trip. I would say the rooms need a bit of work- it had a smell in it and the shower drainage wasn’t the greatest - I get it were ina. Staying at Porto Fira Suites was like living in a dream! The view was perfection, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the location could not have been better. I recommend Porto Fira Suites to anyone going to Santorini.

An all around great hotel. The room was amazing. We chose the hot tub suite and had a very memorable time sitting in the tub during sunset- would highly recommend! Definitely lots of stairs but that’s the case for all of Santorini. Staff made it very easy with their assistance though

All was great other than initially finding the hotel and parking the rental car was a bit of a challenge but all worked out well!

We stayed 2 night while visiting Santorini. Location was good walking distance to The Fira city center. We liked the room, it’s clean and comfortable.

Overall nice facility and close to city center. There were some stains on bedding and the robes and the big pool was collecting algae at the entrance. The infinity pool was very clean and nice and. The restaurant staff were lovely and food always came out quick and delicious. Overall a relaxing place to visit that is very close to shopping center and restaurants.

The pools were lovely, the staff absolutely wonderful!!! It felt like we were with friends and dad to leave. The restaurant is fantastic; so good that we ate there. Miss them already

This is a great property in a very convenient and quiet location, close to the main area. We really enjoyed our stay, and Bobby was great as well.
