Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. The lady at the snack bar at the pool gets a 100/10. She was the best hospitality ambassador you could ever wish for. She was friendly, energetic, and so helpful. She greeted us with the brightest smile and friendliest ‘hello’

This hotel was beautiful, short walking distance to everything. MAGGIE, the poolside bartender was absolutely fantastic and made our stay. She is lovely. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

An experience beyond expectations. The front desk introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions in detail during check-in. Breakfast was cooked to order, the overall service was thoughtful, and there was a free shuttle bus to the city.

If you miss the time, the taxi is too expensive (starting from 36 euros, even if it is only 2.6 kilometers, it is recommended to rent a car) and walking is too tiring (because it is uphill and wastes your legs). Overall, the hotel is good. The view from the room is great. There is a small but constant temperature hot spring bath, which is very comfortable to watch the sunset. The hotel is far from Fira town, and there are three free shuttle buses a day. There is a convenience store a few hundred meters away where you can buy some beer and drinks.

It was a really pleasant stay and the staff were all really nice and helpful! The receptionist Vagos, in particular, was really proactive in helping us out and recommending us to different places 😊

The room is clean, tidy and very spacious. There is a small table at the door where you can eat. The overall feeling is very comfortable. We arrived at 12 o'clock that day. The front desk staff was waiting for us. They helped us check in and moved our luggage. When we left, we had an early flight. They booked a cheap taxi for us and prepared breakfast for us. The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate. However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund. We had a nice room with private small balcony with a view of the volcano, amazing sunsets. The room had 2 levels. The bed on the entrance level, but the bathroom was downstairs. Very beautiful hotel, lots of stairs so if you have bad knees probably not for you. We arrived and the reception was closed and had no way to contact them but a local managed too but we had to wait 20 min in the cold. A quaint getaway from the busy streets. This hotel was very luxury and had some of the most amazing views on the island. We arrived early, but we’re greeted with a complimentary glass of lemonade and our room was quickly cleaned and made available to us early.

We enjoyed our four nights days here. It was nice having our own space and the views are absolutely stunning, it made it hard to go anywhere else. We stayed in the Grand Suite which had its own pool/ hot tub (not that hot but worked for the outdoor temperate as we were end of season), which was amazing. The hotel has a great location, and the view from the room is beautiful! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. However, the showerhead had a weak water flow, and it took a long time to get hot water. Also, there were two power outages during our stay.

It's really great. The front desk is very patient and the waiters are also very enthusiastic. The scenery is even better. You can choose your own breakfast and it's delivered to the room. It's nice. Highly recommended. Most importantly, it's very quiet and the bedding is very comfortable.

Loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast offered is very good. The suite we stayed in (Rm 16/with Hot tub) had amazing caldera/volcano views and was very clean. Will definitely book this hotel again when visit Santorini again.

Staying at Porto Fira Suites was like living in a dream! The view was perfection, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the location could not have been better. I recommend Porto Fira Suites to anyone going to Santorini.

An all around great hotel. The room was amazing. We chose the hot tub suite and had a very memorable time sitting in the tub during sunset- would highly recommend! Definitely lots of stairs but that’s the case for all of Santorini. Staff made it very easy with their assistance though

All was great other than initially finding the hotel and parking the rental car was a bit of a challenge but all worked out well!
