We stayed here for two nights in early August 2025. The property is beautiful. The pool area is very nice, and some rooms have their own private jacuzzi or small pool. Service at the pool bar was 10/10 excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, however the door was far too hard to open. I was afraid I was going to break the key in the door. They should upgrade to a key card. The AC isn’t cold by any standard, American or European, and the Do Not Disturb button in my room did not work. Although the shower pressure was perfect, the shower sprays everywhere so be careful not to slip.

The pool bar staff was very kind to my group of 17, not only giving us top notch service, but also giving us shots, free dessert and I myself got a free beer. We ate lunch there one day and the club sandwich is a big as my head. You can definitely share.

I will very much stay again.

Not a 5 star hotel!!! The rooms look like something from the Flintstones. Concrete floors, furniture, shower, sink, ceiling. Lowest quality towels and linens imaginable. View was of a brick wall. My a/c didn’t work and when I reported it THEY NEVER CAME to fix it. Two weeks from closing for season and they were draining pools, which showed algae lined walls. Location is nowhere near the main shopping area. When I asked about an upgrade the fee was 80 euros more for the same room with a dirty pool. Suffered through the stay, not what I expected from “beautiful Santorini”.

A lovely boutique-style hotel in Firostefani, just a short walk to Fira. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—quiet yet close to restaurants and lively Fira . Breakfast receives praise for its variety and taste.

Maybe not the same standard of other 5-star hotels on the island, but the location and the staff attentiveness raise the stakes higher. Kudos to the front desk employees for their efficiency to accommodate big group needs as well as individual travellers. Surprisingly good chef, their dishes are mouthwatering. A very big shout-out to the restaurant manager and his team for running a spot on bar and restaurant service. Thank you all for a lovely stay.
