The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.

We stayed in the Grand Suite which had its own pool/ hot tub (not that hot but worked for the outdoor temperate as we were end of season), which was amazing. The hotel has a great location, and the view from the room is beautiful! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. However, the showerhead had a weak water flow, and it took a long time to get hot water. Also, there were two power outages during our stay.

It's really great. The front desk is very patient and the waiters are also very enthusiastic. The scenery is even better. You can choose your own breakfast and it's delivered to the room. It's nice. Highly recommended. Most importantly, it's very quiet and the bedding is very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Ikastikies Suite. The location was perfect and the view outstanding, but above all was the attention of the owner Giorgios! True hospitality and customer service. Giorgios recommended excellent restaurants and activities. The rooms were clean and plenty of space.

We don’t want to leave! This was a truly amazing place, made even better by the wonderful staff. A magnificent breakfast was brought to us each morning, and was more than enough for two. The weather was a bit cool, but that made the hot tub even more enjoyable. We were in walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. Several were already open this early in the season. We loved how peaceful everything...

All the staff were wonderful and accommodating. We had the Opal Suites and it was spacious and the views are incredible! We usually don’t wake up early enough for hotel breakfast but here, they deliver it to your room when you want it. Huge plus! The location was secluded enough that it was quiet but it’s walkable to everything! Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Worth the splurge!

To start, i do recommend staying here, well worth it. Pros: The room is fantastic. We had the Opal Suite which came with a private jacuzzi Breakfast every morning from a menu you fill out eah day (you have to get this menu each day and bring it to the check in room. I recommend that a stack of these is left in each room and the turnover staff grabs it each day to save time) Beautiful sunset views...

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. If you are ever able to stay here make sure you take it. The staff the views, the rooms are all truly amazing. The hotel well surpassed any of our expectations. Any questions were quickly answered and they were willing to help with all our requests. Definitely a ten out of ten.
