The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.

Nice hotel, unusual and very interesting room, fantastic view, good service. Difficult to reach, but it’s due to the nature of hotel on rocks, transfer was well organisches. Great location, Imerovigli is the best area to stay in in Santorini - has the best food REALLY. Fira has a lot of tourists and Oia is overrated and pretentious! The rooms are big and clean, breakfast was good and service is great! We got the one with jacuzzi just wish the water was warm because it can be super cold when it’s windy/ at night time. Overall highly recommend!

Perfect! Cleaning, people and breakfast. Really good experience! One week there and everyone was always ready to help and with good tips to do there. The rooms are very beautiful and clean. They are clean every day. The breakfast was really nice and complete.

Alizea hotel was an amazing place to stay. The room was a suite that had a living room with couch and TV. The bedroom opened out onto a terrace with a table and chairs. The front desk talked me into getting a car for the day and it was the best choice we could've made. The hotel is situated very close to the capital city where many shops are walkable. The room gave me exactly what I needed. A safe place to store my luggage and close to town. The breakfast provided doesnt have much options and the entry requires an actual key which is a bit outdated but all in all the place is great and the staff is very accommodating.
