The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.

Nice hotel, unusual and very interesting room, fantastic view, good service. Difficult to reach, but it’s due to the nature of hotel on rocks, transfer was well organisches. Just few questions to quality of details in the room like door to restroom and cleaness. But nevertheless at was a great stay.

This hotel was truly one of the best value stays we have experienced. Lava Suites is perfectly situated in Fira, out of the Centre but very close to it. The hotel itself although a little run down has great views from the communal area (and one of the suites) but has fantastic staff that make the stay very pleasant.

Only a short walk to the town centre, this accomodation had great views, our own private hot tub, massive balcony with sea views and 2 great pools to chose from. George, the owner and our driver from the accomodation was very informative and offered lots of great recommendations and was very friendly. Would highly recommend the stay!

It is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel. There are two pools and a restaurant. The ladies on the reception desk are service-oriented and make your stay as comfortable as possible. We booked a superior suite; it has two rooms with a balcony and a sea view. The rooms are sparkling clean. You feel the Santorini atmosphere in every detail. Room service was provided daily.

The receptionist!!! She was the very best!! The hotel is super cute, comfortable has all the amenities you need! Loved the restaurant Katsaboo at the hotel,they do amazing dishes. The pool was phenomenal eventhough I didn't swim. The location for me was perfect a bit away from the craziness of the center still super well located is only 5 minutes walk to the bus station.
