Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. This hotel was beautiful, short walking distance to everything. MAGGIE, the poolside bartender was absolutely fantastic and made our stay. She is lovely. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

An experience beyond expectations. The front desk introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions in detail during check-in. Breakfast was cooked to order, the overall service was thoughtful, and there was a free shuttle bus to the city.

If you miss the time, the taxi is too expensive (starting from 36 euros, even if it is only 2.6 kilometers, it is recommended to rent a car) and walking is too tiring (because it is uphill and wastes your legs). Overall, the hotel is good. The view from the room is great. There is a small but constant temperature hot spring bath, which is very comfortable to watch the sunset. The hotel is far from Fira town, and there are three free shuttle buses a day. There is a convenience store a few hundred meters away where you can buy some beer and drinks.

The room is clean, tidy and very spacious. There is a small table at the door where you can eat. The overall feeling is very comfortable. We arrived at 12 o'clock that day. The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate. However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund. We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. The location was convenient for sightseeing, being fairly close to the cable car and downtown Fira. The reception staff were friendly and always smiling, and the porter even carried our bags through the cobblestone streets. They also kept our luggage for us after check-out, which was very helpful.

Santorini View Studios was a dream stay. The views were breathtaking, and the room was spotless. Georgia, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive, she made us feel truly welcome. Wow,wow,wow. The location of this hotel for us is perfect, it’s far enough away from Thira that you can easily walk in and the views are just off the charts. Georgia and her team were all amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Not only is the setting beautiful and the room spacious, bed comfortable and the breakfast sooo delicious, lattes yumm! The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, anything you want. We travel lots and they stood out, well done Cosmopolitan Suites.

Nice location, very caring staff especially Joy and Theo. Nice view of the Caldera. It’s a nice property but nothing luxurious about it. We were in room 10 which is at the bottom of a very narrow spiral metal staircase, not at all suitable for middle age or older people. Bed is small for 2 adults, I am 6ft tall and my feet dangled, no other furniture in the room. There is small balcony with 2 chairs...

Fantastic property with stunning views. Staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and provided excellent service and advice about Fira/Santorini. Best location - minimal steps and right in the heart of Fira, could not have asked for a better spot. Well worth considering if you are visiting Santorini.

The staff were incredible (especially Joy). We were pampered and well taken care of. Everything was divine, and the Cosmopolitan Suites was the highlight of our entire trip to Greece. I could not recommend this hotel more. My girlfriend and I decided to splurge and spend a little extra for a nice hotel and our expectations were exceeded! I would recommend staying for breakfast and staying for the sunset...

A quaint getaway from the busy streets. This hotel was very luxury and had some of the most amazing views on the island. We arrived early, but we’re greeted with a complimentary glass of lemonade and our room was quickly cleaned and made available to us early.
