Such a beautiful resort with Aesthetic interiors. Special mention for one of the staff, Androklis, he is by far the sweetest person we've met in Greece and really made our dinner pleasant.

Views, location and the room were really nice. However Breakfast was not good at all, opted to skip because of lack of fresh options and variety. Especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at we were certainly disappointed with the food. Hopefully they fix!

A little hard to find because you can't drive up to the property. The Hostess was very helpful in all aspects. The mattress was too firm. Convenient location to food, shopping and the Caldera. Would recommend as very affordable.

Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.

Nice hotel, unusual and very interesting room, fantastic view, good service. Difficult to reach, but it’s due to the nature of hotel on rocks, transfer was well organisches. Just few questions to quality of details in the room like door to restroom and cleaness. But nevertheless at was a great stay.

I loved it! This was my favorite hotel during our 10-day trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and reassuring. The cleanliness was also excellent. The view from the window of the Sunrise Suite I booked was incredible.

I don't recommend this hotel. Half of the rooms are located in the back, not in the view room, and are located in the basement of the front row rooms. It's not nice to have to go through the garage to get to the lobby. The service is good, but the hotel room type is not cost-effective. There are many options at the same price.

Lava Suites is perfectly situated in Fira, out of the Centre but very close to it. The hotel itself although a little run down has great views from the communal area (and one of the suites) but has fantastic staff that make the stay very pleasant.

The reviews don't do this place justice. The junior suite we stayed in was lovely, especially for the money we paid. The room was small but adequate. It was clean and tidy. Location and view were of course amazing. We enjoyed the exterior jacuzzi. At night it was noisy + the smoke from the restaurant below just in front of us... , but in the early morning it was beautiful and quiet. The room and bathroom were missing some basic stuff like shower gel or soap, hairdryer, etc, but the owner was quick to bring us all we asked for. Very nice and helpful.
