Staff are polite and respectful. The location of this resort is beautiful. Mesmerizing sunset! Calm and peaceful environment. Really enjoyed it.

Quiet hotel with very clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is a set menu, not suitable for diabetics, and the blanket was uncomfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay in a peaceful location.

The room door was not closing-the repairman came at midnight after 10 minutes of trying to repair he said it will take at least one hour. They didn’t want to change our room. We had to use a chair to close and secure the door. We asked for a refund at the reception and they said it’s not possible- only by email and the manager didn’t want to talk to us over the phone. While doing our checkout the repair man was trying to repair and was still working on it when we left. Ultimately the management responded to my claim stating that we didn’t want to repair at midnight therefore it wasn’t their problem after multiple exchanges by email we did not receive any reimbursements or apologize- avoid this place until management is changed. There is enough better place in this area.

Romantic Getaway
Loved the resort, especially the peace and quiet being an adult only hotel. The walk up to Oia is a bit of a workout, but we didn’t mind. We walked it up and back at least twice a day to get to restaurants, shopping and to see the beautiful sunsets.

The staff were really friendly and helpful especially George on the front desk. They took care of all our needs and allowed us to have a fully relaxing holiday!

Property manager Margarita was very rude. Hot tub didn’t work in room or spa and we paid for room with hot tub. We will not be back or recommend this resort.

The property and staff were great. The walk to and from the sights, restaurants, etc could be for some a challenge. I read in other reviews room size was an issue for my wife and I the room size was great. Ask, the staff if the jacuzzi is cold because ours was hot. The views from the hotel are beautiful. Overall a pleasant stay
***rent a car in Santorini and if you stay here they have parking. It can be a challenge the first time seeing the road so drive slow and when you see the small cannon it’s the next road to the right***

It was an amazing experience! The location was perfect, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful – they even assisted me with choosing restaurants and booking tours. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
