Property is good and offers unique Santorini experience of staying. Please schedule hotel pick up as it is not easy to find the hotel entrance as you need walk for ~3+ minutes from the parking lot

One of the top properties in Oie!! Loved the location right above Ammoudi Bay! Beautiful private patio and hot tub. Easy walking to Everton Oie! Lots of stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

We have just spent 3 nights at Marizan Caves and it was amazing. The location is the best in Oia. The hotel is located at the end of the walking path so gets the best views of sunset possible

Easier to call them and arrange a pick up thru the hotel from the airport or cruise (if you are coming via cruise). Break fast options are decent. View is beautiful from the hotel

Vicky worked at reception and was so helpful. She arranged our transfers and was on hand for anything we needed. We found all the staff exceptional

Very good place to stay if you are in Oia. A few minutes walk and already in the centre of all the attractions. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is amazing with good serving. Very friendly staff.

Had a best stay there. Good breakfast and they upgraded my room to a sea view with balcony. Good location. Not far from from centre. Would definitely recommend.

We would have breakfast and explore for the day, the staff gave us information of excursions in the area and what each one covered, we would be out for lunch and dinner and come back to the hotel for cocktails and their baklava (best baklava ever) the staff were a huge part of our experience when we came here

I came here a few years ago and it was such a special experience. My friend and I visited for a girls trip. The hotel was lovely, we had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really good, and refreshing

If youre looking for views of inside the volcano, this is not it, however, the views of the farmland here is stunning. Great indoor jacuzzi, larger pool outside, full concrete bathroom is amazing

The private villas can get a little noisy with visitors ignoring the guest only sign and the pool side a little crazy in the late afternoon depending on guests, but hey we are all here in Santorini for some fun :)

Our check in process was seamless, took 5 minutes and were given complimentary champagne when we arrived. Staff carried luggage from the airport shuttle to the room, down and bunch of stairs

This is totally reasonable, and the transfer staff were in the arrivals at the airport with a big sign. Driver was super friendly and provided water as soon as we got in the shuttle

Don’t fret the 1 star reviews, most of them sound like entitled tourists who couldn’t read the details when booking. We stayed 4 nights of our honeymoon/ 1 year anniversary here

It was so quiet at night, it was so peaceful and relaxing. If we are going back to Santorini within the next five years, we would definitely stay again at the Oia Mare Villas

The hotel location is perfect - facing the famous Caldera and Aegean Sea; a market is just a few steps away in case you want to grab a bottle of water; we stayed in room #3, it’s off the road but not too far, so we didn’t hire a porter to carry our luggage to our room; and breakfast was great

This hotel is great value, I paid £670 for 3 nights but with the most stunning balcony over the caldera. Couldn’t see the sun fully setting but you get the whole ambience still

The pool is at the edge of the balcony so it is like your own infinity pool! It may depend on the time you go, but for us we went and June and early July so it was really quiet and peaceful so it really feels like you are there at your own villa

It’s the small stuff (breakfast in a picnic basket delivered to your room at the exact time you requested it from the night before, organized transfers to the ferry port or airport with the person who helps with our bags there when we arrive / depart, and requesting to help with reservations to ensure we eat great food and get amazing experiences

You get views down the caldera, a close up of Oia, and a view out towards the other side of the Island at your private breakfast nook. Because of where the suite is located, you also avoid a lot of the wind

We had such a lovely stay! The moment we walked in we felt very taken care of - down to restaurant bookings and magically just arranging transport for activities we had already booked - the hotel sorted it all out! The room was huge, comfortable, stylish, and the private jacuzzi was such a bonus

Amazing! I have never been treated more like an honored family member in my life! The staff is the best in the world. No way to describe it. It must be experienced!!!

Also, we got a room with a bed on an upper floor. The bathroom was on the lower level. This bedroom was perched WAY above, at the end of a STEEP stairway with NO RAILING, (very Greek!)

The hotel is located right off of the main walking path in Oia which can be extremely busy, but the moment you walk through the gate to the private property, you step into peace, ambiance, privacy, and the most breathtaking views

As there is no mention of a price on the hotel website, we were not expecting to pay, however there is a €15 a day charge. Although we were willing to pay, this should still be advertised beforehand

Do also be aware too that the local taxi rate is 50-60 euros and the hotel charges 110, so there is a little bit of price gouging for convenience which we fell into on arrival before booking our own transportation back to the airport at less than half of the hotel rate

Our family stayed 5 nights in the 2 bedroom suite. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating. They helped with all restaurant reservations and transportation too

The only downside of our entire stay was that the pool in the pool suite did not have any heat and was difficult to take advantage of in late October

Also nice is each room is patio is very private with subtle but perfectly selected landscaping, walls, and shade are you truly feel like you have your own space. This is our third trip to Santorini, and our best

The view from my room was great, with both the building and the sea visible at the same time. The interior was also nice and clean

The setting was beautiful! The room was very clean. The stairs and railings or lack of railings up to the loft was a little scary

You had to really pay attention going up and down especially if you needed to use the bathroom during the night

This was the most beautiful terrace of a room I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t know if we got lucky or if their standard rooms all have a huge 360 degree terrace overlooking the main plaza AND the ocean on both sides

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but they do have porters to help with your bags, which is greatly appreciated! The hotel is in the perfect area, with all tourist attractions and amazing restaurants within walking distance

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Everything is as advertised, and is meticulously clean. The pool area is a favorite, with plenty of loungers and seating. This is the best place to view the Oia sunset

Breakfast was great, the service was superb, and the pool area was lovely, so peaceful and serene. The room was cosy, but aptly equipped. The WiFi wasn't great though and was patchy in the bedroom

We saw the sunrise on one end of the terrace and the sunset on another. The service was also great as was the included breakfast. Will definitely stay here when we come back to oia Santorini

It's very close to the blue-roofed buildings, and you can enjoy stunning views right from your window. However, I recommend booking a higher-class room for even better views. The breakfast is also a highlight!

When you get there, you can see how everyone wants to get pictures of this area, but you're lucky enough to stay there. The property is breathtaking. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the iconic blue-domed church. Despite its prime spot, the interior remains completely undisturbed by the crowds of tourists queuing for photos outside

The hotel's location is superb, situated prominently in the heart of Oia town. The terrace offers panoramic views of the town to the left and right – a truly fantastic vantage point

The views are absolutely stunning! The hotel is located right outside a popular photo spot, and you can sit on your balcony to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

Outside of our room we had a personal spa/hot tub that was cleaned each morning and was kept at 30 degrees celsius. The pool area was equipped with another toilet building under the outdoor dining area and pool bar

Bathroom was equipped with a big shower, sink and toilet with running sprayer, as a bidet type cleaning tool. The rooms were cleaned in the morning and were immaculate after coming back after exploration

The location was great, 5 minutes walk from Oia main street. Just beware that the sidewalk up down break so you will have to walk on the road unless you make a cheeky cut through the bus parking

Great seating in the way of pool seats with reclining. Only note was that the leather got really hot around the 10am to 2pm mark as the sun reached its most intense at these times

The location is walkable from the Blue dome churches and day tours have pickup available from the hotel. All in all totally recommended place to stay

The staff were helpful and friendly and helped to arrange transport from the hotel to the port. I would definitely recommend my stay at this set of suites and will end up coming back
