We spent one night at Volcanic Arc Suites and Theodosia and the crew made our stay absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The uphill climb is a bit far and tiring, but I think it's worth it. It takes about 15 minutes to come from the bus stop and 10 minutes to go down. However, the hotel is not luggage-friendly due to the lack of elevators and abundance of stairs - there were even steps in our room, and no one helped us with our heavy luggage. Very nice and clean location. The Alkyon family makes everything to pleases their clients. Rooms are cleaned every day and the pool is amazing (pool is having jacuzzi too). Breakfast is also very good.

A great value for money hotel run by a lovely family - the rooms are spacious, air conditioned and super clean. Breakfast is generous with lots of local produce and the staff are really friendly. Kamari town is a short walk away and 5 mins from the airport. We love it and go back every year!

Location is great, we walked everywhere. Hotel clean, room small but comfortable. View was nice Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was a doll. she was very helpful. Great restaurants near by and bus to Santorini city a few minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is really close to sea, whole crew is nice and helpful, airplanes are loud but we quickly adapted and stop hearing them. Our room was cleaned everyday. Definitely would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, perfect location across from the beach, has its own sunloungers, we had bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it, everything from bacon, eggs to fresh croissants, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms serviced daily, only downside for me would be the very small bathroom

Stunning location right in the heart of the action and on the beach front, so option of pool or beach day with “lounger” service at both. Drinks and food a plenty. So much choice at breakfast. The place impeccably clean and tidy. Everyone had a smile on their face and staff...

Lovely hotel, would certainly stay again. The only reservation was the buffet breakfast, it was very simple but I think that’s just because we’ve got used to UK buffet style which includes everything, same with all inclusive hotels.
