The uphill climb is a bit far and tiring, but I think it's worth it. It takes about 15 minutes to come from the bus stop and 10 minutes to go down. This place is a rip-off. It's smaller than my bathroom at home, and the bed is barely wider than a sofa. How can they charge 800 a night for a room like this? Don't they have a conscience? This guesthouse must have just opened because there's a strong odor. They charge for everything, and linens are only changed every three days. They don't even clean your room unless you ask.

We stayed at this sweet family run hotel for 4 nights and it was simply amazing! Lovely clean room and nice tasty breakfast. Staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your needs, loved the afternoon complementary coffees !!

Very nice and clean location. The Alkyon family makes everything to pleases their clients. Rooms are cleaned every day and the pool is amazing (pool is having jacuzzi too). Breakfast is also very good.

A great value for money hotel run by a lovely family - the rooms are spacious, air conditioned and super clean. Breakfast is generous with lots of local produce and the staff are really friendly. Kamari town is a short walk away and 5 mins from the airport. We love it and go back every year!

Location is great, we walked everywhere. Hotel clean, room small but comfortable. View was nice Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was a doll. she was very helpful. Great restaurants near by and bus to Santorini city a few minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is really close to sea, whole crew is nice and helpful, airplanes are loud but we quickly adapted and stop hearing them. Our room was cleaned everyday. Definitely would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, perfect location across from the beach, has its own sunloungers, we had bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it, everything from bacon, eggs to fresh croissants, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms serviced daily, only downside for me would be the very small bathroom

Stunning location right in the heart of the action and on the beach front, so option of pool or beach day with “lounger” service at both. Drinks and food a plenty. So much choice at breakfast. for a two star hotel it is clean, the pool is small but sufficient,breakfast not much the same every day . The guy at the reception is nice and speaks English. The nicest person in the hotel was lady Nina 😊 she was always helpful 😊 she was the best

The hotel wasnt bad the hotel was a bit small but if your going on a budget i recommend going there the the elder hotel cleaner (NINA) is the best worker at that hotel shes so nice and friendly and overall ill give it about a 7.5 rating the locality is very good recommend going to fira there is lots of nice things to do there.

Enjoyed a week here with my son. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Rooms are basic but very nice, air conditioning worked great. We had a small balcony too, which was great to sit out on, on an evening. There was also a fridge in our room which was great for keeping your water and drinks cold. The breakfast is continental, with cheese, meat, bread, cake and fruit. Various tea available including coffee...

It's bare minimum, but what could we expect from 2 stars ... + Very good location just a fee meters from the main promenade in Kamari. + Extremely polite, friendly and helpful staff. - Rooms are bare minimum (be careful, bathroom doors don't work). - Breakfast also bare minimum. I loved this place. Quiet location but super central and close to beach. Apparently bad ratings stem from the past as now the place is spotless ! Only negative was the terrible coffee at breakfast (and no fruit)

Lovely hotel, would certainly stay again. The only reservation was the buffet breakfast, it was very simple but I think that’s just because we’ve got used to UK buffet style which includes everything, same with all inclusive hotels. Everything was perfect,hotel is close to restaurants,bars and the beach, bus stop to Fira right across the street as well, from Fira to Oia takes only 15 minutes
