An unforgettable trip to Oia thanks to the Pearl of Caldera. We had a fabulous stay. The view of Oia and the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking, and the service was amazingly kind. One of our favorite parts was the delicious breakfast that they brought to our room every morning to enjoy. Highly recommend the Pearl of Caldera to anyone who is considering a trip to Oia!

Worth the price! Hotel was situated in an ideal location for the main sights and shopping of Oia, plus it offered its own beautiful views and space. Their breakfast was small but very tasty and the common spaces and pool were very pleasing.

I was generally satisfied with the room. The younger woman who checked me in was quite mediocre. She assigned me a room at the very bottom. She said they only gave me two bottles of mineral water per day. I changed to another woman and she gave me more bottles without any problem.

We loved our stay at Lotza! It was such a beautiful and unique experience. We travelled with children throughout Greece and this was by far our favourite place to stay. We contacted the hotel to arrange for pickup at the pier. The hotel staff was already waiting at the drop-off point and helped with the transportation to the room, which was located on the edge of the cliff and required climbing up and down a flight of stairs. Although it is not in the center of Oia, it is still a long way away, but the price-performance ratio is very high, there are few people, there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, the breakfast is very rich, and the yogurt is really delicious

Very nice location and view. All the staff is very nice. The only part is morning have so many insects fly here and there when eating breakfast but all other are very good.

The orientation and view of several rooms are OK, but the suite I booked has no view and it is a small loft which is very troublesome.

Nice rooms, renovated. Our room was facing a wall so not the best view for sure. Daily cleaning was not the greatest. Service at the reception was overall unfriendly and pushed us to book a tour which was pretty average selling it as the best we could do.  We loved the breakfast in the room and the guy coming to serve us breakfast was very nice.

The receptionist was very kind. The pool water was cold, but since the sun is strong, I think it was just right during the day. If you walk hard enough, you can get to town. They will also call a taxi for you if you ask the reception. On the way back, it was up a slope, so it felt like we arrived quickly. We spent one night at Volcanic Arc Suites and Theodosia and the crew made our stay absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The area is super quiet and the pool the highlight of the property if you just want to chill out and take in the view of the sea and the tiny little garden in front of it. Make sure to try Theodosias homemade Spinach & cheese pies. They are so delicious.

Clean and comfortable, the only downside is the slightly inconvenient transportation. There are buses from Fira to the hotel or from the hotel to Oia, but no buses from Oia to the hotel.

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights in October. Owner was very nice and easy to reach thru whatsapp. He arranged airport transfers to-from hotel which was around €45/transfer. His assistant brought our luggage to and from the property to the transfer. Views from the property was immaculate! People lined up outside of the property to take photos but didnt mind them at all. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Oia Castle, where the sunsets are most beautiful, but it's along the main street so there are plenty of shops and I was happy with it. The setting was beautiful! The room was very clean. The stairs and railings or lack of railings up to the loft was a little scary. You had to really pay attention going up and down especially if you needed to use the bathroom during the night.

The room is like a cave, very nice. It is only not 5 stars because the bathroom gets very wet and humid. The hairdryer is very bad, but if you ask you get a good working one. The view is amazing and since you are in a smaller village it feels private. The breakfast can be better. You need to make the coffee yourself and the coffee powder is not good.
