The common areas are stylish, comfortable, and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Towels were changed every day and the pool area is peaceful and nice. Water in the pool is little chilly.
The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and varied. We had half board and ended up enjoying a delicious dinner at the restaurant almost every day. The restaurant staff was also wonderful, and we were very well looked after.
Throughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back! Thank you all.
One small drawback was the breakfast experience. While it was convenient to have this included, the food was always lukewarm and the selection never really changed from day to day. The background music was also on repeat, which made the morning feel very monotonous. The staff working at the Breakfast in the morning just mostly stand around chatting and doing so usually by the entrance to the buffet area which I find rather unprofessional.
That said, the positives of the Hotel

Despite these small drawbacks, the positives of our stay outweigh the negatives. with some improvements to the breakfast experience, this Hotel could easily provide a five star stay. We left feeling refreshed and satisfied and we would be happy to return in the future.
The ladies in the spa were fabulous and provided excellent services. Bed ware very comfortable and we had everything we required.
The only criticism is that gym was very basic and water wasn’t available unless you purchased it. Overall, I think water should be available freely.
