Our stay was wonderful, everyone friendly and welcoming. Very close to the bus, the beach. We had delicious omelettes every morning made by the owner, you can get other stuff too. They were there to pick us up at the port. Our tour was arranged for us also. Enjoyed the heart shaped pool and our sitting area. The beds are a little firm.

Beautiful small family hotel run by Julia and her sons, who make you feel right at home with their warm welcome and discretion. Steps away from the beach and numerous restaurants and bars, and within wlking distance (about 30 minutes, don't forget water) from Vlychada and Perissa. The location is another side of the airport however it is near to the port if you will move to another island of Greece! You should try it! The hotel is just next to the beach very quiet location there is few restaurants to eat from. But if you are looking for a beach and quiet area I recommend this hotel! They have nice rooms and the owner are so friendly!

Clean, comfortable and well located for beach and restaurants. The best thing about Evelina Pension was our host. Kostas is a lovely man who made us very welcome from the start. Lots of useful information. He even took us dancing with his family!

The gentlemen who owned this was kind and friendly, and very helpful. Our room was lovely too. Could not fault any of it. I just suggest the towels need to be a bit softer . The beach was beautiful and very close too. The only thing we did not like was there were rocks as you walk into the sea and it was very slippery. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, we were disappointed that the hotel didn't serve breakfast but it was close to a very good bakery. Also, the location was very close to the beach.

This was a gem of a find. The family were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had access to a roof terrace as well as choice of balconies. There were areas to dry any clothing, hairdryer, small hob and kettle in each room. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh bedding and towels, bins emptied and surfaces cleaned. I absolutely enjoyed this stay to the maximum. The family run place is adorable and the family itself…they looked after me like I was their own :) The studio has everything you need - comfortable clean bed, the fridge, the cooker, plates, mugs, cutlery… and the views. It’s located within 5 mins to the popular Gyros place, beach, bakery... If you rent a car, you can park just a few metres higher up...

Lovely staff, great rooms, beautiful pool area!

My sister and I stayed here five nights. They were so helpful and kind. Drew us maps, showed us around, ordered a rental car that was delivered, gave advice, and made our check in and check out a smooth transition. Staff very approachable and friendly. Check out was at 11am and they let us stay, use the pool and shower while hanging out waiting to leave for our 3:30pm ferry. Rooms cleaned every day...

I write this review to provide balance as I think this place could be one of the very best in Perissa. Pros: location is great. My husband, daughter, and I spent 4 days at The Black Rose and LOVED it! We were greeted like family, and the staff was exceptional for the entire stay. Great access to local restaurants and beaches. Fantastic little family run apartments. Basic, however spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location. Only slight downside, there is no pool bar, however all rooms have fridges and kettles and you can take your own food and drink to the pool.

The hotel is set in the best spot to have a nice holiday with every comfort next to you. You will have a good access to the sea, supermarket 2 min away if you want to buy something cheaper, and you will also find a swimming pool if you want something different. The rooms are extremely small, no space for keeping the luggages, open showers in the toilet, also barely enough space for 1 person to stand. The owner was a very nice person, drove us from airport for 35 euros each way. Overall not too bad, just wasn’t the right one for us.
