A bright, clean, well-equipped, spacious property, right in front of the beach, close to bars, restaurants and stores. Despite the life outside, it gives you all the privacy you need to enjoy a meal at your own terrace and the peace and quiet to relax and get a good night’s sleep. This really is a wonderful place to explore the island. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Accommodation ordinary but cozy. The host is a very pleasant person who loves people. He will give you tips for trips and give you discounts on restaurants. I recommend it to everyone.

This is the best location you can choose in Santorini because it is less crowded. Sunrises and sunsets are stunning. The host is fantastic, he can help you with the visits itinerary and transports

Apartment location is great but the room we got was different what was shown in pictures. Bathroom is really very very compact that a person with normal physic can not take shower properly.

Really ally wow place. Super polite and friendly own who is super helpful as local citizen. All transfers and food discounts can be gotten through him! Just 150m till the black beach. All factories are here. Also 24/7 bakery and perfect coffeterium.

Nice and clean bungalows for affordable price. Friendly owner. Staff is cleaning rooms everyday along with bed sheets. Internet connection could be better.

Evelina and her husband Lazarus have very tidy, clean rooms in Perissa, Santorini. They are very hospitable and are willing to assist you from a wine opener to an informative guide of the island as well as all the best spots unknown by most tourists to see the sunset. I was fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday with them which they also went out of their way to make extra special. My family and I enjoyed the location a mere 50m to the beach as well as discounts at certain restaurants affiliated with Evelina Studios. A wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back!

It is a Pension the owners extremely nice,they are helping you in case you need anything,even gave me a map and useful informations about where to go or where is extremely expensive etc!!Very close to Perissa beach,cheap also!!
It does not have a view but in two minutes you are into the sea!

food was on point !!! very delicious 🤤 friendly staff! today was my 4th day in Perissa and this was the best restaurant so far !!! Thank you Chef !! please come to Belgium !!

Very good smoothies, good food, nice hosts and lovely cats 🐈😻! The sunbeds are free if you also eat in here and the beach is very nice. You also have a fresh water shower on the beach to wash the salt off your body, because the sea is very salty.

Friendly staff. Service was very slow (we were one table of 2) even though they were very nice. The food was nothing extraordinary. However the octopus was so dry i could not eat it and had to get a gyro instead. We had been recommended this area for seafood but this was maybe not the right place. There are plenty more options in front of the beach.
