Black Rose Beach Suites in Perivolos

My husband, daughter, and I spent 4 days at The Black Rose and LOVED it! We were greeted like family, and the staff was exceptional for the entire stay. Great access to local restaurants and beaches. The pools were clean and lovely. Having a gourmet breakfast delivered to our patio each morning was truly first class. We will definitely stay here again!

We spent eight unforgettable days in a place that, in my view, has been thoughtfully designed in terms of space and aesthetics to ensure a truly exceptional stay. Even when all seven suites are occupied, the sense of privacy remains intact.

Some suites come with their own private pools, while an impressive shared pool of generous proportions is also available. The furnishings—whether in the rooms, on the terraces, by the pool, or on the beach—are modern, elegant, and of excellent quality.

The service strikes the perfect balance: attentive and caring without ever feeling intrusive. Thank you Cris and Katja. The manager, Sissy, is always on hand to provide valuable recommendations for restaurants and activities, adding a personal touch that enhances the overall experience.

Every detail has been carefully considered to create an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity, making this a destination designed for an unforgettable stay.

There is not enough compliments or buzz words to express how great our stay in Black Rose was. Starting with the amazing manager Sissy who took such great care of us, nothing was ever a problem, private beach, amazing cocktails done by Christos - this place really has it all. Recently renovated, the aesthetics are just on point. Early check in and late check out was not a problem, breakfast was great!

This place definitely became the only place we want to stay in when in Santorini.

Slow down and breath - that’s the mantra here.
As soon as you enter the (small and private) resort you ‚de-speed‘ and are greeted by the most welcoming staff.

The luxury here is simplicity and tranquility. Still, the bungalows offer more than is needed and are super spacious.
The private patios and pools are the icing on the cake.

The resort has their own private beach (crystal clear water by the way) and in addition a large shared pool area.
Breakfast is served on your patio and drinks are available all day at the pool bar.
My dog was more than welcome.

There’s plenty of restaurants with ridiculously good food close by and to see the famous sunset you only drive 10min up the hill.

The resort isn’t fancy but its simplicity is luxury pure.

Our family immediately fell in love with this property! After traveling for a couple weeks in Greece, we were ready to relax and feel pampered- and Black Rose delivered! The rooms are comfortable, clean and stocked with helpful amenities. The entire property from the private beach, resort pool, and private pools is immaculate. Each staff member was helpful and delivered top-notch service. We had never visited Perivolos Beach, but also enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the whole area- perfect for families!

Lovely boutique hotel. Not over the top and not under done. Just right! Sissy is a great host- provided really good recommendations on things to do in Santorini. Peaceful, relaxing location literally across the road from a nice section of the beach with plenty of options for eating and drinking nearby.
Hearty poolside breakfast in the mornings outside our room was a key highlight!
Highly recommend and will be happy to come back again!

Black rose suites is simply fantastic from the gorgeous suites, to the if a little cold, pools, the wonderful breakfast, the beach just 30m away, the really good cocktails from 12:00 to 17:00. Sissy and all the staff who are just amazing. The place is pristine clean, quiet and just a joy to spend time there. It's more than 5 star luxury... Thank you for the best stay ever, our family of 6 adults had the best time ever... "We will be back"...

We visited Black Rose suites for four nights during our stay in Santorini. The place is excellent for visiting the island, while at the same time you enjoy the privacy it gets you. The rooms are very beatiful indeed and that's why I give it a 5 stars; not to mention Sissy, the manager, who was discreet but attentive when required. All in all a very noce experience with 2 things that require improvement: 1) the fridges in the rooms are a bit noisy, 2) some nuts or crisps when you enjoy ypur beer/drink would be better.
