The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel is a dream. An incomparably quiet location with stunning views of the sea and the islands of the group. The complex is superbly chic and beautiful, perfectly reflecting the typical style of Santorini. Here, you can relax and enjoy your time. We had a suite, very spacious, well-equipped, and chic, with a fantastic large terrace and pool. The food was also outstanding, with a superbly delicious selection of dishes, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The staff: so warm, friendly, and always helpful, from the service in the restaurant to the reception and housekeeping. You feel very valued and welcome. We would go back anytime, thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

visited this hotel with my girlfriend in August and I can honestly say it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was beautiful, very clean, and offered an incredible view of the caldera. The food at the restaurant was simply amazing, beyond words, and the staff were always kind, polite, and welcoming. Truly an unforgettable experience!

We visited the Grand Ambassador in Santorini this August as a couple and it was honestly one of the most memorable trips we’ve had. Our room was beautiful and spacious with the most breathtaking view and waking up to that scenery felt magical.
The restaurant was another highlight with delicious food full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were always kind attentive and genuinely welcoming which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.Overall it was an unforgettable experience of luxury relaxation and authentic hospitality and we can’t wait to return.

Our stay at Grand Ambassador Santorini was the perfect ending to our honeymoon. The view over the caldera is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to that sight every morning felt like a dream.

But what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The entire staff made us feel at home from the very first moment, and a special thank you goes to Pepi, the concierge, for her endless kindness, advice, and help with planning. From arranging an unforgettable boat trip to sharing local tips, she went above and beyond.

The restaurant deserves a highlight as well, not only is the food delicious, but the team there is just as welcoming and attentive. Dining with that view, paired with their warm service, was an experience on its own.

We couldn’t ask for more. Between the stunning location, the amazing food, and the friendliest staff, this was everything we dreamed of, and more. Thank you for making our last days in Santorini so memorable.

Would not stay anywhere else.
This is our second visit to the Ambassador and we look forward to the next time. The resort is gorgeous with wonderful accommodations and spectacular views. The pool on the terrace is a fabulous perk. Walking distance to Akrotiri with great restaurants. Concierge Pepi is a jewel and booked wonderful excursions

Where do I start....

This hotel is beautiful. It is situated on a cliff side with villas and suites in caves rooms. We stayed in a Grand Cave Suites Infinity, a large cave suite with its own private infinity pool.

Although some access can be challenging, a simple call to reception and you'll have your own buggy come and collect you and drop you off at the restaurant, reception or even the front gate.

The restaurant was first class and the food was excellent. The staff are also very pleasant and charming, we got on very well with them.

The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming. They will also be very happy to arrange reservation, boat trips, vehicle hire etc. for you.

This is easily one of the very best hotels we've stayed in and would highly recommend it.

Simply amazing views and beautiful property. We booked a 2 bedroom villa, it was nice but the layout didn't work for us so the manager moved us to another villa with no stairs and it was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful. The best part was the location, it is located in the south part of the island away from the busy tourist hubs of Fira and Oia but still close to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. The included breakfast was also great with good options.

This property is beyond Iconic. Such close proximity to all tourist attractions, yet providing; privacy, luxury, exclusivity, the best sunsets and a complete 5 diamond resort attraction. A ‘must stay’ for tourist that look for privacy, exclusivity, top dining experience, close proximity to all attractions, safety, security.

This resort and staff and the experience a 12 out of 10. A true 5 diamond resort/stay.
