Scam Hello everyone, I would like to start this review with a very important warning: do not book at this property! The room they assigned to us did not match the description and photos we had seen at all. There is no reception, and a guy from the restaurant simply gave us the key, after which we never saw any of the staff again. The restaurant manager got angry when we asked to call him, the host said I'm not interested, I take care of the restaurant! Once we entered the room, we found a humid environment. The pool and the jacuzzi were not working and the room was not the one we had paid for! When we asked the host for explanations about the room change, he blocked us and no longer responded to our messages. Furthermore, that same evening he also cancelled our reservation on Booking, probably to avoid a negative review. The cleaner came at 5pm when we were resting after 2 days!!! Evaluate carefully before booking at this property! I cannot give a rating of zero, so I give a 1, but only to be able to publish the review. I really hope Booking takes action!!! Scam

Run away and don't look back. We chose this place based on the photo. A real scam apart from the view. It's a disappointing place, the rooms are almost unsanitary. A supposedly private jacuzzi, a big scam. A filthy jacuzzi where access is open bar everyone can access it, the staff spends their cigarette break there. A hotel where there is no reception, no manager. Everything is managed on a table in the restaurant at the top of the so-called "suites". A ridiculous breakfast. Access to this place is complicated since no one knows it. No taxi knew the place and the meeting point was the famous restaurant. When I see the old comments, nothing has changed everything has been hidden

Finding the place wasn’t too easy due to the fact that there aren’t any signs with the hotel name. There wasn’t a hotel lobby, only a restaurant where we were immediately surrounded by come drink here guys. They did have luggage storage, however, it was out in the open where we hoped nobody would take our things. So now onto the room. The view was stunning, picturesque and one of a kind. The outdoor hot tub nasty, brown rings at water level, hair and random debris. Benches around the so-called outdoor tub were stained. Upon entering this $500 Honeymoon suite, it was concerning. Only one towel for each of us and one hand towel. The towels we got were stained, bathroom sink was disgusting and a very dirty sink cup. TV in bedroom didn’t work, no Wi-Fi for options of streaming. So back to the outdoor hot tub, the path we took to get there is frequently visited by random people and tourists, which meant no-privacy. They just allowed people to come and go. A “Do Not Enter” sign would have been something. So I guess if you want motel 6 service in Santorini, you can stay here. But don’t waste your money. The next morning 1 hour before check out, the clerk is peeking in our window, then he comes back a few minutes later to ask if we are checking out…he seemed impatient and almost harassing. So we left the room and put our bags back into the so- called luggage area, which was just up against the glass wall at the entrance of the bar. We asked to sit so we could kill some time, they obliged. Once again the sharks attacked us…drink, drink. We politely declined and started to drink our energy drinks we had. The hotel clerk leaned over the rail and began to say, not quietly, that we couldn’t have our drinks in this area. We talked to a local and this could be a law, however, it was his approach. After spending $500 for the crappy suite, you would think that at least there would be a sitting area not attached to the restaurant. So we put 2 open cans into our bag, sat for a couple minutes and left. Never again to return. Worst stay in all of Europe, stay somewhere else. This place has no lobby to call for inquiries. I guess we just paid for the view…tourist trap!

This place is awful - nothing like the website photos. Room was damp. Hot tubs full of dirty water and not cleaned. Staff not present and when they were not only rude but aggressive and intimidating. Cancelled our reservation whilst we were there after 1 night even though had paid in full for 4 nights - a complete scam!! Please do not stay here!
