Absolutely amazing place. Close to the beach and public transport. We booked a room and even received an upgrade. The place us fibished yo high standarda and clean. Hosts are really nice and helpful. Definitely could stay therw much longer than I did.

The Aretousa Villas are outstanding.
They are very conveniently located in the charming village of Perissa in a quiet setting and are of a very high standard, including a well maintained swimming pool.

The cleanliness of the Aretousa cannot be faulted-rooms are cleaned everyday to a very high standard and towels are also replaced daily.

All of the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very hard working and the owners could not be more kind and hospitable.
Aretousa Villas are located within a few minutes of both a well stocked mini market and bakery, as well as the beach. There are several gift shops, larger supermarkets and good tavernas and restaurants within a ten minute walk.

There are bus stops within a few minutes walk and public transport in Perissa is excellent with regular buses every day, including Sunday. It is also very cheap to travel on buses- a single adult ticket, for example, from Perissa to the capital Fira is 2.50 Euros.

My partner and I have now stayed at the Aretousa Villas twice, on each occasion for two weeks, and would have no hesitation in highly recommending it.

Warmly welcomed by our hosts waiting on our arrival, with drinks. The apartment was basic but everything that you would need, good space indoor and outdoor. We didn’t use the pool but a number of people did seem to. The villa is in a very quiet place yet 5 minutes from the beach. The family who run it are lovely. Would we go back again, yes.

I can only say good things about Aretousa Villas. George and his wife were waiting to welcome our family on arrival. He gave extensive advice regarding Places to Visit, bus routes, times and places to eat. They had the room available earlier than expected which gave us more time to enjoy the holiday. You could have breakfast next to the pool for €9/person but you are only 50 meters from a mega market and 100 meters from the 24hr Bakery which we visited everyday during our 9 night holiday. The room was a lot better than expected and the daily cleaning of the room was exceptional. One of the best things about Aretousa Villas is that George lets you take your own food and drink into the pool and is always on hand to contact local restaurants to order takeaways for you to enjoy a meal in the seated area next to the pool. This is ideal if you are on holiday with a budget in mind. George's wife baked complimentary baked cakes and offered them to people around the pool area which was another great plus for our stay at Aretousa. The pool area is a very relaxing area to chill out in the morning or afternoon after exploring the island in the mornings. We don't think we could have picked a more welcoming, friendly and clean accommodation for our family holiday. George even booked our transfer for the return to the airport and this service was cheaper than anything I could get myself, €35 for a minibus. We really hope to return next year. Thanks George and family for the amazing holiday.

The staff Jacob and his wife were great hosts couldn't do enough to make the stay a great experience. The room was comfortable clean and tidy towels changed daily and sheets every other day. The bed was comfy and the fride and kettle and kitchenette were a god send. The balcony was nice bathroom ok needs updating the shower worked ok but was small area shower curtain kept sticking to the body. Otherwise a lovely room. The small pool was great and needed it as sometimes the beach was windy and did not always feel safe going in the sea as rocks were slippy

We have just had a week at these villas in Perissa, Santorini. There are not enough positive words to say, friendly, great location, lovely apartment, 50 meters from a supermarket, 100 meters from a wonderful bakery, 200 meters from the beach and an array of many wonderful shops, bars and restaurants. What made our stay was the couple who own the villas, so warm and welcoming. We highly recommend a stay!!

Room was lovely, area was nice amd had restaurants, a shop with amenities, and Perissa beach all in very easy walking distance.
But the main reason you should book here is because the hosts are completely wonderful and go out of their way to help you whenever they can!

Amazing and very affordable stay! Down the road to perissa beach and in-between 2 bus stations that head regular to fira. Away from the crowd with the best seafood restaurant on the island with stunning views of the beach.

Staying here was like staying with family and I will definitely be back. The service was friendly and warm, made my first trip to Santorini memorable

The owners were amazing. Very helpful and the place was kept in lovely condition. My room was cleaned with clean towels given every day. The hotel is kept to a high standard. Clean sheets every other day. Got a very detailed introduction when I arrived. It was late when I arrived and the owner was waiting up to receive me, which i thought was lovely
