Had a lovely stay here. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties due lots of steps

We spent 5 days here... it is a family resort with lots to do for kids but not so much for couples! We loved the private pool... drinks are not good but the food is ok for an all inclusive resort... Best point: it is 30 minutes walk to St. Nicholas and Banana Beach (amazing beaches)! it is close to lovely restaurants if you fancy something different. In general our room was very good... clean, spacious...

Nice quiet place for relax, nice views, nice quiet smaller Beach, but better than overcrowded, excellent for children, futher from Pallazo do Zante, hotel Room service average, but we are ok with that, one thing would be fain to have is animation program during the days and especially in there evenings(missed greek evenings, music etc experienced in Crete or Cyprus) :) on the other hand..thank you...

Beautyful Island.Good value for money.

At this hotel I like the food and my room.But the hotel isn't very luxurious.I suggest you to go there.

Gerakas Belvedere Hotel & Spa

Returned in September 25 after being here in June 25 and fell in love with the place! However was hoping to return in June 2026 for three weeks but the hotel is going all inclusive and that’s is so not for us! Plus our favourite operator Jet2 is no longer using this hotel as TUI has the monopoly now by the sounds of things. What was a beautiful quiet, relaxing hotel with returning guests year after...

4th time and maybe the last time to the Gerakas Belvedere because although we had another great time they are going all-inclusive next year and that's just not for us. I just hope the lovely tavernas outside of the hotel are not affected by this (mad)decision.

Nice pool area with bar for drinks and food. Rooms well kept and clean Friendly helpful reception staff Nearby restaurant 5 mins walk shops and other restaurants 15 mins

We have just spent a week at this hotel on a half board basis and have come away feeling like we had an OK holiday but one that could have been so much better without doing too much. The buffet dinners are ok but so similar night in night out that you get fed up of the same thing. Although it is the end of the season, it was surprising how lacking in any sort of ambience / atmosphere the restaurant...

Excellent place to stay for a quiet trip away. Lovely local restaurants which were really good by any standard and easily walkable. The communal parts of the hotel were great. Only issue is the room. I think some rooms have been upgraded but we must have been in an older one. Whilst clean and well serviced the mattress was horrendous. Like sleeping on concrete.

I loved this hotel. The setting is beautiful (we booked a junior suite with sea view), the room very comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfasts and evening meals were great. It is in a quiet location so not for people looking for nightlife but if you want a relaxing holiday near a beautiful beach, it's perfect.

A wonderful location! Everything was perfect: the friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel in a quiet area with a gorgeous garden, the excellent pool, cleanliness, the air-conditioned rooms, the varied breakfast and dinner. The Porto Azzuro beach with fine sand is nearby. We had a beautiful and relaxing holiday!

First, we've been greeted by a very kind receptionist lady, that was beyond polite to assist us with any kind of questions regarding the hotel/area/beaches & everything + recommendations and the overall staff is very kind & polite. Second the rooms might not be big or anything fancy, but they're clean & the AC is absolutely the best (it doesn't turn the room into a refrigerator and makes it too cold...

If you wish to visit Zakynthos I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. It is in a very quiet area,our room had balcony with view to the sea,the hotel has an outdoor pool and the water is very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the food is very good. The staff here is so friendly and they help you with everything you need. We sure will return here

Peaceful Stay with Incredible Hospitality We stayed at Matilda Hotel during our 8-day trip to Zakynthos and had a really pleasant experience. Wonderful food, super clean and excellent view. The staff was really helpful and always there when we needed it. Went for a vacation with friends and we had a blastttt! It was really nice especially the food and the rooms

Looking at the trip as a whole, I would rate the hotel rather as 3 stars rather than 4, although there aren't any major complaints. It is an affordable hotel and meets this category. The food is tasty, although there isn't a wide selection here – the area is quiet and peaceful, which is worth keeping in mind.

The experience was wonderful. The services were excellent, and the staff was very kind and attentive, especially Paola, who was the nicest and friendliest. She truly made our stay more pleasant. I give 5 stars, especially thanks to Paola 🤍.

We had a lovely stay there. The hotel rooms are clean and equipped with everything you might need. Although the showers are not well designed as you flood your whole bathroom when showering. The location is nice, to the sea it is a 5-minute-walk. For lunch and dinner you also have to walk for about 4 minutes as the food is served in a nearby hotel Arion Green Resort. We had a lovely stay at this 4-star hotel on Zakynthos. Our family room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast was served directly at the hotel, while lunch and dinner were offered at the nearby Green Riviera Hotel. Perfection! I would love to come back here. The accommodation was great. The staff was very helpful. I spent most of my time at the bar with Leda, it was the best. The food was delicious.

Very nice family acommodation in quiet location of Vasilikos with very nice staff and good meals. There are some taverns and markets around. Beach is 200 meters from the hotel with sunbeds which are free for guests. I recommend rentig of car for people who would like to explore Zakynthos.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendliness of the whole staff and the well maintained hotel complex. Our room was very spacious with a big terrace with sea view. We would have preferred a studio on a higher floor with an even more spectacular sea view but maybe next time. The beds are excellent plus an insect screen door ensure a good sleep. The only unpleasant thing was the intense bad smell...

Arrived 29th Aug till 9th Sept. Lovely warm welcome by Maria and her hospitality was continuous throughout our stay. Room 302 was lovely overlooked the pool but also beautiful sea view. Peaceful resort always available sunbeds and sunbed towels replaced through the day. Ate in the restaurant a few times and enjoyed breakfast especially the home made products and the fig jam. Lots of fresh figs on nearby...

Thankfully we have one further day left to enjoy everything that the team at this hotel provides to make this a really wonderful holiday experience. It can’t be faulted. The warmness of the staff is exceptional as are the facilities. The rooms are large, comfortable and the pool and bar are superb. It’s a 10/10 from the Francis Family. Thank you Maria and everyone. This is JUST what we needed.

Sea View Village is an amazing hotel with the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the personal welcome at the entrance by manager Maria, to the groundsman Yannis! Absolutely lovely hotel, staff were just lovely. Breakfast great, homemade cake. I don’t think it’s suitable for young children as the paddling area is quite deep and not much to do. I had a lovely room with a sea view. Only criticism is that you can’t pay as you go so the end of the holiday is not the time to get a large bill, room tax etc. big shout out to the handy man such a lovely guy and Maria...
