Had a lovely stay here. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties due lots of steps

We spent 5 days here... it is a family resort with lots to do for kids but not so much for couples! We loved the private pool... drinks are not good but the food is ok for an all inclusive resort... Best point: it is 30 minutes walk to St. Nicholas and Banana Beach (amazing beaches)! it is close to lovely restaurants if you fancy something different. In general our room was very good... clean, spacious...

Nice quiet place for relax, nice views, nice quiet smaller Beach, but better than overcrowded, excellent for children, futher from Pallazo do Zante, hotel Room service average, but we are ok with that, one thing would be fain to have is animation program during the days and especially in there evenings(missed greek evenings, music etc experienced in Crete or Cyprus) :) on the other hand..thank you...

We have just spent a week at this hotel on a half board basis and have come away feeling like we had an OK holiday but one that could have been so much better without doing too much. The buffet dinners are ok but so similar night in night out that you get fed up of the same thing. Excellent place to stay for a quiet trip away. Lovely local restaurants which were really good by any standard and easily walkable. The communal parts of the hotel were great. Only issue is the room. I think some rooms have been upgraded but we must have been in an older one. Whilst clean and well serviced the mattress was horrendous. Like sleeping on concrete.

I loved this hotel. The setting is beautiful (we booked a junior suite with sea view), the room very comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfasts and evening meals were great. It is in a quiet location so not for people looking for nightlife but if you want a relaxing holiday near a beautiful beach, it's perfect.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendliness of the whole staff and the well maintained hotel complex. Our room was very spacious with a big terrace with sea view. Arrived 29th Aug till 9th Sept. Lovely warm welcome by Maria and her hospitality was continuous throughout our stay. Room 302 was lovely overlooked the pool but also beautiful sea view. Peaceful resort always available sunbeds and sunbed towels replaced through the day. Ate in the restaurant a few times and enjoyed breakfast especially the home made products and the fig jam. Thankfully we have one further day left to enjoy everything that the team at this hotel provides to make this a really wonderful holiday experience. It can’t be faulted. We had a private villa (ground floor only) for one night which was adjacent to neighbouring villas. It was clean and spacious in a traditional style. We have recently come back from a wonderful stay at diamond suites. We stayed in family apartment with two bedrooms and a day bed in the communal bit. We also had our own private pool which was fantastic for the kids aged 5 & 7. We also were able to go to the main bit of the hotel and swim and lounge by communal pool. It was a great vacation for us. The location and size of the apartment is amazing. The only issue we had was with the bathrooms, it was super old and there was no fan or window to open so it would get wet from taking shower and no way to get rid of that mess. The bathrooms definitely need major renovation.

Katerina palace feels like coming back home! I have stayed here 3 times now and won't book anywhere different. The hotel is clean, friendly and the staff are great! We stayed for three nights. There are small shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, the hotel facilities were always out of order. The power circuit breaker in the room tripped on the first day and the water supply was cut off for the next two days.

We had a quick check in and taken to our room, our luggage was brought up by the porter. Our room was on the corner of the top floor overlooking the pool. The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony. The view was superb. The room was average and the facilities were quite old, but the location offset many of the shortcomings. The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door. You still have to use your own shower gel and shampoo, but I didn't use them despite looking at the facilities.

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. The staff were always smiling and helped us with anything we needed. Felt really at home.

Spacious and bright room, great location

The room is quite big. The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth. The driver who picked me up at the airport said that you must not drink the tap water, even if it is boiled, and the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

Very happy we stayed here, good location only a few minutes from town. All staff very friendly and professional. The best breakfast we had in our 2 week trip. Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim. A good choice

The hotel is on the hill, a perfect location with the fantastic view to oversee the entire Zakynthos town and harbor. The pool and the restaurant terrace have this wonderful view and the ocean side rooms and suites as well. The restaurant has great food for me, the menu changes by day so it never got be bored.
