The hotel rooms are very old fashioned and need refurbishing. The cleaners cleaned our room once and did not leave fresh towels. The good thing about the room was the A/C.
The staff were not helpful at all. The food was HORRIBLE. We ate out EVERY DAY. I mean how can the scrambled eggs taste like petrol. Like REALLY? Some items were frozen and some were cold.
If you are coming to this hotel. Get Room Only. Because the amount of money you pay for all inclusive won't be worth it.
It will be better if you get a Hotel in Argassi as it is close to restraunts shops, etc.
