The private beach is the most luxurious part, something you'd normally only get if you were paying tens of thousands. it is dedicated to the hotel residents with big comfy beds dotted around for your own privacy

The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean, the restaurant, pool bar and breakfast is 5* with a wide selection to choose from, having something new for eachday

To sum up Cannot fault Rooms Beach Pool or Staff. You could move it anywhere!! Give me an honest Greek taverna anyday

This hotel is quite literally heaven on Earth. It isn't just a place to come to stay, it is a lifetime experience

A proper 5* experience - comfy rooms with large beds and powerful showers, friendly, helpful staff, the largest, loveliest breakfast buffet I've ever encountered, beautiful location, fab pool and ultra comfy sunbeds, a wonderful beach and great food and cocktails

We got to use a sauna on a rainy day, got a great massage at the spa and enjoyed our lives at the pool and beach, with plenty of space and beds. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel's restaurant menu also

The hotel has a restaurant where you can order in the morning what you want to eat and they will have it ready by lunch time. To be honest, I prefer this better than buffet since you know that you are eating fresh food

Nefeli Hotel is located at Argassi. We visited there with my family and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff willing to help with whatever we asked them for. The rooms were nice and of great value

The vacation in this hotel was amazing experience. The view from balcony was very pretty, the people were kind and helpful, the food was delicious and everything was perfect. I really recomend this hotel

Furthermore, the location was amazing. A special shout out to Mister Alex, the owner and his wife for taking care of us! We are coming back next year!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome by this lovely Family Run Hotel. All the Staff were extremely polite, and couldn't do enough for you

YES, the rooms are a bit basic, but spotlessly Clean, and the Towels and Bedding are changed Daily. As mentioned in other reviews it's about a 15 min walk to the Town (Cab back 8 Euro's)

The view from the Balcony was amazing, the Air-Con was ok (which only works when the Balcony Doors are shut) which makes sense

All I can say about the Negative Reviews on here is "Did You Stay At The Same Hotel" Because I couldn't find anything remotely like what people have commented on

The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that

It's a very basic hotel, built a long time ago but it's clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, sea views and access to the beach below your balcony is crazy good

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view

+ hotel is located right next to the sea, has private beach with free sun beds + good views from the balcony + suite was okay, but reconstruction needed + nice hotel workers - breakfasts was awful, everyday! It should be illegal to feed people this way - suits located above the road could be very noisy - 10 euro/day for air conditioning is wild!

For Cooling Room you news to pay additional money, wifi signal was horrible. Nice attractive place, nice beach

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money

Ignore all the bad reviews, at this price, you can't get better. Just keep in mind there is no WiFi in the rooms, but a 15 euro Cosmote sim card with unlimited data for 1 month sorts that problem out quickly

The view from the bungalow was fabulous and we even saw the sunrise. The beds were really comfy, clean towels and room cleaned every day

We never had a problem getting a sun bed, but noticed quite a few people from other hotels were using them, there is a notice saying 10 euros for the beds but after speaking to a few people they openly said they were never asked to pay

Was greeted by a lovely lady called Katia, who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me to make my stay enjoyable. The room was modern and kept very clean, and only about 10 meters from the sea front

The breakfast is lovely and if you can’t find something you like then you must be really picky. The staff are lovely and friendly. The shower is brilliant and always had loads of hot water

This is the second time I have stayed, this time with 2 friends. We had a sea view bungalow which was lovely. However there were a couple of niggly bits but they didn’t spoil our holiday

The safe was really small, but we were told at check in that we could leave our valuables in the office safe. We weren’t that bothered as we could lock away our passports and money

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town and has steps down to the sea so very central. Having read previous reviews I was not expecting much. The beds were comfy with toppers on

A food shop next door open late for everything and great for bottled water and groceries on arrival, stays open very late. Restaurants open late too which is great when we didn’t arrive until late

20 metres away steps lead to the sea. Not crystal clear but very warm. Snack bar great with a small selection of ice creams drinks and cocktails, serving lunch and breakfast

We found out the same people were getting up at 630 and earlier to put their towels on the sunbeds leaving them there all morning which we found was unfair and selfish

We paid for the air con, the rooms were basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Small kitchenette with kettle, 2 ring hob, sink and fridge with freezer

The gentleman who runs the garden bar and breakfast is very funny and very helpful and the lady who works there aswell. Stunning beach right outside of the hotel

Just home yesterday after a great 8 nights stay at Zakantha beach

First time here and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room had a stunning view and always cleaned everyday, beds are very comfy but no kettle in room. Breakfast food is lovey and delicious

Basic rooms but personally you don’t spend much time in your room, the bathroom could do with a revamp. From the balcony we could see the sea and the mountains and it was a sun trap in the mornings

Overall a fantastic stay, great location, slightly out of the main restaurant/bar area of Argassi but only a few minutes walk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with friendly staff

Is it a 4 star? No, I haven’t been to Greece before so can’t compare but in my opinion it’s a 3 but when you understand the Greek government, you know why it’s still a 4

She could not do enough for you. The beach bar and restaurant are wonderful but the service was hit and miss in regards to the attitude of the person taking / delivering your order

Sunbeds are padded and comfortable and swimming is fine?? So I would ignore some of the comments, great place

Although described as a resort, this property is more akin to a boutique hotel. I love this because there are only 6 rooms which makes the experience very personable

Opportunities for improvement: - it would be nice if the beach area is cleaned more thoroughly every day, to also clean the sand from cigarettes and other small items which people unfortunately continue to throw away on the sand

It also takes a minute to get back to your room from the beach so if you forget something, you can quickly go back and get it. The host Elena is fantastic - such a friendly, warm, and caring person

Nice quiet place for relax, nice views, nice quiet smaller Beach, but better than overcrowded, excellent for children, futher from Pallazo do Zante, hotel Room service average, but we are ok with that, one thing would be fain to have is animation program during the days and especially in there evenings(missed greek evenings, music etc experienced in Crete or Cyprus) :) on the other hand

Great little beach at the bottom. Although a big hotel (or rather one fair sized one attached to 2 others) it is pretty remote, so ideal for a relaxing holiday. Staff are all incredible, friendly, and helpful

On top of this, even though the have a "in the interest of fairness, belongings left for more than 45 minutes will be removed from loungers" it is not policed and the staff do nothing when challenged

Also, although there is acres of space around the pools and weird not pool, pool area, there is a very limited number of sunloungers

First, we've been greeted by a very kind receptionist lady, that was beyond polite to assist us with any kind of questions regarding the hotel/area/beaches & everything + recommendations and the overall staff is very kind & polite

Third, the food is delicious (saw some hateful comments towards this aspect) but both the breakfast & dinner you'll always find something to eat and on dinner they always cook something out of beef/chicken/pork/seafood & some vegetables + feta cheese + always they have something sweet, the only negative aspect on dinner would be the wasps that are annoying but that's something that's quite common around...

Second the rooms might not be big or anything fancy, but they're clean & the AC is absolutely the best (it doesn't turn the room into a refrigerator and makes it too cold, it's just makes it the best for sleeping during night or naps during torrid days) + the view is gorgeous to see the mountains & half the sea

Fourth, the small beach nearby is wild & rocky, but it's very good for some swimming around & highly recommend for snorkeling because it has a view. Overall worth it & highly recommend! For both couples & families

A wonderful location! Everything was perfect: the friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel in a quiet area with a gorgeous garden, the excellent pool, cleanliness, the air-conditioned rooms, the varied breakfast and dinner

Also greek yoghurt, fruit and pastries as well. A great pool and no fighting for sunbeds

Our accommodation was check out at 10 with NO changing facilities at all - shower room etc which I will highlight on another post so when you have a 7pm pick up that night, it’s far too long to go without the use of facilities

My Wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 nights. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Fantastic staff made everything perfect. Only the weather let us down, having thunderstorms for a few days

There are a couple of tavernas a minutes walk away and a couple more on the beach which is only around 200m away. The breakfast was great too, with eggs, bacon, beans and sausages

The bar served a nice range of food all day and the cocktails were fab. A mini market and a couple of Tavernas opposite the hotel and more a short walk away. Lovely beach (St Nicholas) 200m from hotel and others nearby

Vasilikos has no "*****" therefore no English/Irish pubs, karaoke, tribute bands, tattoo parlours etc which was why I chose it, but there is all that in Argassi , about 7 miles away. It is not far from Zakinthos town too

Zante Yliessa is all about enjoying friendly Greek hospitality and value for money on the beautiful Greek island of Zante. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like you are coming home

WIFI works everywhere and fast! Sports, games and activities: Swimming pool with sun terrace and gardens, free sunbeds and parasols, poolside toilets and pool table. The long beach of Porta Roma is a 10-minute walk away

The rooms are what I expected, cleaned every day. And location is great: have few beaches near, a great restaurant and one shop (even if I'm not happy with this one)

It is closed to Porto Roma beach (less than 10 minutes on foot) and there is also a supermarket just outside the hotel and this is a good point because you have the chance to cook in your room

All rooms have a double bed or twin beds suitable for 2-3 persons, a kitchenette with cooking facilities and refrigerator, shower/toilet and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. All rooms are air-conditioned

Special words for staff: very great people 👍, help us every day. It was so amazing, I felt like at home. They help us with a car and tell everything that I need to know about the island

Our room got cleaned everyday, and we got new towels every 3 days. Trash got emptied and floor was clean. Thank you for our pleasant stay!

Breakfast is fine, the bread and the fruit is good. The location where you have breakfast is nice with a view over the beach. The location was good for us, not too busy while still plenty of things to do nearby

They lost my own towel on a laundry exchange and despite it being a different colour it was never found!

Our apartment was a few minutes walking from the beach. You do have to pay 20 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, but it was worth it. This way nobody could claim it with towels

-You need to pay extra for airconditioning, which I really recomment. What was good: -Super nice staff. I have seen some negative reviews about the people who work here, especially about the man who serves the breakfast

Bread with ham and cheese, and sometimes bacon. We also got a slice of cake every day. We got orange juice and coffee/tea. For me it was more than enough. -We had lunch here and it was good! -Location is beautiful

4th time and maybe the last time to the Gerakas Belvedere because although we had another great time they are going all-inclusive next year and that's just not for us

I just hope the lovely tavernas outside of the hotel are not affected by this (mad)decision

Although it is the end of the season, it was surprising how lacking in any sort of ambience / atmosphere the restaurant / bar area was. It was like a school canteen - everyone ate then immediately left

We have just spent a week at this hotel on a half board basis and have come away feeling like we had an OK holiday but one that could have been so much better without doing too much

The buffet dinners are ok but so similar night in night out that you get fed up of the same thing
