Had a lovely stay here. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties due lots of steps

Nice quiet place for relax, nice views, nice quiet smaller Beach, but better than overcrowded, excellent for children, futher from Pallazo do Zante, hotel Room service average, but we are ok with that, one thing would be fain to have is animation program during the days and especially in there evenings(missed greek evenings, music etc experienced in Crete or Cyprus) :) on the other hand..thank you...

We spent 5 days here... it is a family resort with lots to do for kids but not so much for couples! We loved the private pool... drinks are not good but the food is ok for an all inclusive resort... Best point: it is 30 minutes walk to St. Nicholas and Banana Beach (amazing beaches)! it is close to lovely restaurants if you fancy something different. We are just back from another stay at Villa Contessa. We always have such a quiet and relaxing holiday there. All needs are catered for by the wonderful host Spiros. He booked our car hire and a taxi to the airport. Also little things like a bottle of water and some wine in the fridge for our arrival. With good restaurants and the beach a short walk away it suits us perfectly.

We have had the most amazing time at Villa Contessa, and definitely will not forget the exceptional location and sunrise views from our suite. Spiros is an ideal host and was always willing to help with any of our requests. Highly recommended.

the host Spiros is very nice and organized our rental car, the pick-up from the airport and a trip to the shipwreck for us. explained a lot about the island and even offered us a better room once we arrived! view from the balcony is amazing, rooms are very clean and it‘s not far from restaurants and the first town.

Had a lovely time at Gerani. The rooms are nice with basic cooking facilities and balconies overlooking the garden. Antonio the owner is kind and welcoming and always a friendly face in his bar across the street. Peppy takes care of the rooms and also always offers a smile and greeting. The area is lovely and quiet and a short walk from Gerakas, my favourite beach.

Stayed here for a few days in early June. Good place to disconnect and visit Gerakas Beach, which is 20min walk away. Closest market is by that beach which has most of your needs (except fresh/frozen meat). WiFi is pretty good for remote place but does go in and out few times throughout the day. Great location if you have a car you can go to a different beach every day. They clean the rooms every day. The owner is also really nice and you can ask anything you want.

My Wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 nights. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Fantastic staff made everything perfect. Only the weather let us down, having thunderstorms for a few days. There are a couple of tavernas a minutes walk away and a couple more on the beach which is only around 200m away. A very priceworthy hotel located in a rather quiet area of Zakynthos. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but I would recommend renting a car if staying here to be able to fully enjoy the area and the island.

Very nice place for families and couples. It is closed to Porto Roma beach (less than 10 minutes on foot) and there is also a supermarket just outside the hotel and this is a good point because you have the chance to cook in your room. The last but not the least, it is quite cheap! :)

Perfection! I would love to come back here. The accommodation was great. The staff was very helpful. I spent most of my time at the bar with Leda, it was the best. The food was delicious.

Very nice family acommodation in quiet location of Vasilikos with very nice staff and good meals. There are some taverns and markets around. Beach is 200 meters from the hotel with sunbeds which are free for guests. I recommend rentig of car for people who would like to explore Zakynthos.

we stayed at the hotel in august. I want to mention that our holidays there were very nice, the room was cleaned every day, the food was decent, and I want to highlight the smile of the employees! I also want to give many greetings from Bratislava to the ever-smiling Panos, the bartender, who always made us feel good!

Just stayed here for a night passing through. It has everything you need. The balcony has a nice view but not so private as the rooms next to you are divided by a glass frosted thing.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. Extra information: there is a cute Gekko living near the hotel, so if you're quiet and lucky enough, you can see it once the sun is down.

Absolutely loved my stay there. It was conveniently located while still a little out of the ways and in the quiet. But only about 20min from most tourist points in the South Island. The couple running the place are lovely. The walls are a bit thin and I happen to have a family with young children next door for 2 nights who were a bit rowdy but it didn’t last long so it’s all good.

The place is Amazing! The hosts are very polite and nice. They don't speak english much but we still managed to get directed. The rooms were clean and the view is jut amazing. The location is about 6 km from Argassi which is the nearest town (1,5 hours walking and 10 min car). Near is The windmill tavern. There is grocery store about 15-20 min walk.

Beds on the grass are free if you buy lunch and/or dinner at the bar. We went to Plaka last summer 2021 at least 5 times. We have recently come back from a wonderful stay at diamond suites. We stayed in family apartment with two bedrooms and a day bed in the communal bit. We also had our own private pool which was fantastic for the kids aged 5 & 7. We also were able to go to the main bit of the hotel and swim and lounge by communal pool. It was a great vacation for us. The location and size of the apartment is amazing. The only issue we had was with the bathrooms, it was super old and there was no fan or window to open so it would get wet from taking shower and no way to get rid of that mess. The bathrooms definitely need major renovation.

The farm has several houses located within a big olive garden, we booked a 3 bedroom genuine farm house that brought us joy each time we got back to it, we had a genuine stay, with the terrace towards olive trees, lemon trees and grapes, towel change once/2 days, cleaning. We spent a delightful two weeks at Lithies Organic Farm. Houses are peaceful and nicely equipped. We enjoyed this part of Zakynthos the most and you can reach the best beaches (Dafni, Gerakas, Vrahos) in the island in just 5-10 minutes. There is also Lithies Taverna in the organic farm which serves exceptional local food.

We were there for dinner, The food was excellent and everything else as well (beautiful house and terrace, wonderful trees, handmade dishes, neat and clean inside and outside) added to the experience. The owners and waiters were incredibly kind. When we told them that everything was excellent they looked so genuinely happy although the must have heard it a million times :))

We stayed there for 2 weeks and it's absolutely quiet relaxing place .Walking distance 15-20min. to meny beaches. Staf is very friendly and always happy to help.
