Unfortunately spa not open on Mondays, it was a shame as we did not know it is not open and we booked the hotel because of having spa facilities.
Staff overall attentive, food is good. Interconnecting room is very convenient for family of 5.

The bar staff failed to notice that I was standing right in front of them for about 15 minutes so I left. The following morning at breakfast, I asked where I can find the cutlery and the server practically shouted at me stating that he would sort it out. The hotel was nice the location perfect but the bar and weight staff were certainly not up to par.

We drive from Austria often to Sopron for medical reasons and we always look for the best options in terms of hotels in the center of the town with a parking place and specially with a place for the little one to play and have a bit of fun or a pool.This place provides all of that .Reading the other reviews we understood this place is child friendly and we decided to try.Reception was friendly ,maybe a bit more infos about the hotels policy on charging 20 € for new towels in the room would be appreciated,but overall not a big thing.Breakfast was more than enough,dinner was ok too with plenty of food,service from Zsolt was amazing,his collegue was nice too( maybe a bit of smiling wont hurt from time to time),the fact that outside is free parking is a good one too.Kids place was awesome for our boy, the room was clean,even though when you pay premium price for a room one expects a bit more but no problem at all.We had an accident in the room and we required new bedsheets and new towels on which we were charged extra 20€,but to me is still unclear if one stays in the hotel 2 days why the extra charge for setting the beds and changing the towels but probably this is the way it goes.In 4 months we might need to sleep there again so till next time .Thank you .

Hotel Sopron is excellently located on the border with Austria, about a 15-minute drive from Family Park. Due to a wedding celebration, there was no chance of getting a night's sleep. We had to eat dinner in a windowless room with a minimal menu. The bathroom and air conditioning were desolate and certainly not worth 4 stars.

Everything was kind of okay, but outdated. We choose the dinner option and it was average at best, thus the service score. Breakfast wasn’t much better. We went out to find breakfast. It’s ridiculous that you must pay money to use the game room. On the other hand, the view from the spa is gorgeous.
