Our room had a little kitchen, with sink, induction and 4 glasses. No forks, no plates but ok, we payed for room not apartment. The good thing is that breakfast is from 7-10, dinner 5:30-9pm. Bed is cosy and shower is great, good size and good water pressure.
Pool area is not so rich, actually pretty small and basic, saunas are ok.
Usually four stars hotel offer more diversity meals plus they refill missing (for examle there were two flavours od icecream, chocolate and strawberry but till 7pm there was no strawberry and they dont refill it). No sweets or something extra during breakfast, like pancake or croassan. Actually, hotel seems to be four stars back im the 90'is.
Hotel parking is 12€ per day but they also offer you private parking 8€ per day. They tell you its 200m away but they dont tell you it is uphill. It cost 3200 forint per day and you have to walk uphill but right across the street there is a parking for 3000 forint per day.
• The quality of the pillows was extremely poor – they were overused and caused neck pain by the morning.
• Only one power outlet in the room was functional; the rest did not work.
• Upon arrival, the room was infested with stink bugs, and we had to start our stay by hunting them down.
• We didn’t even use the breakfast service upon departure, as the dinner we had the night before caused food poisoning. My wife and I were taking turns in the bathroom until 6 a.m.
• The bathroom ventilation system was spreading food smells from the kitchen into the room every morning and evening, despite the staff spraying air freshener throughout the room.
• The hotel manager did not even offer an apology when I listed these issues, which should be the bare minimum – especially considering we spent 270,000 HUF on our stay.
