I stayed there for 2 days. The hotel was okay and about a 10–12 minute walk from the train station.
Unfortunately, the staff were disappointing. The hotel advertised a luggage storage facility on Trip.comwhich was the main reason I booked my stay. However, at checkout the receptionist refused to let me leave my backpack, saying the storage room was already full.
My flight was in the evening and I explained that luggage storage was the key reason I chose this hotel. I only had a backpack but what was most frustrating was that she didn’t even offer a simple apology. It’s understandable if the service isn’t available but basic courtesy and manners go a long way.
I would not stay here again.

I told them I'd be extending my stay for another night through Trip.com and even specifically requested to keep my original room. After a long day out, I came back to find all my belongings packed up, including my residence permit. When I went to the front desk that evening, they said housekeeping might have taken it and that I'd get it back the next day. I was quite bewildered. This hotel clearly has communication issues between the front desk and housekeeping.

Our special gratitude and a lot of thanks to a wonderful B &B Hotel receptionist Nora who is extremely kind, very professional, very positive and doing her best to make stay of B& V Hotel guests positive starting from first second you enter the Hotel. Notwithstanding her very young age, Nora has such a great and just unique Customer oriented skills that she can be easily promoted to a higher leading position.
Also want to admit all processes during breakfast which are thoroughly organised at B & B Hotel answering highest world standards and providing the best comfort for the guests of the Hotel. All employees - especially cooks doing a great job. And all personnel working in breakfast area is always very nice and friendly.
We also want to admit excellent performance of the breakfast area employee, we guess his name is Mathew - a tall guy who works in the breakfast area and very professionally controls all the processes - everything is perfect!
Highly recommend B & B Hotel to everyone who wants to make Budapest experience highly comfortable, great in all senses and all processes and unforgettable!

Best part of this motel is the roof top bar!!!
This hotel was fine. The room was fine. The breakfast was ok but a little over crowed at times. But the roof top bar was GOATED. The staff were also friendly and the main bar staff were legends.

Veru nice clean rooms with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms, very good location on walkway distance from central part of Budapest. Breakfast organisation could be better as long cues are formed in the morning and difficult to find a place to seat. Also the elevators happen to be overcrowded in the peak hours.

The hotel is simple and functional, with a modern look at first glance, but you can tell it’s already quite worn out. We chose it mainly for its convenient location close to the race start. Unfortunately, the services are where things fall apart - the staff is extremely understaffed. During our two-day stay, we only saw one receptionist, who had to handle all guests by herself, which meant even the simplest requests took ages. The only other staff member we saw was a bartender, who wasn’t always there either.
Breakfast felt very chaotic - there was no control over who came in, and it seemed like anyone from the street could walk in. Total chaos. The room itself was fine - simple and functional, though pillowcases were missing (by mistake). It would be nice to have at least a kettle in the room, as there’s nothing at all.
I appreciated that the hotel sent an email a few hours after check-in to ask if everything was okay - that was a nice touch. However, the overall impression was poor, and the price was far too high for the level of service and quality offered.
