Maple Tree Apartments in Budapest

The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the subway, buses, and tram lines. There are also several grocery stores nearby and a shopping mall on the same street as the accommodation, less than 600 meters away, which makes daily life quite convenient.
The space was extremely clean and, since I stayed for almost 20 days, I was entitled to two cleanings during my stay — both of which left the apartment spotless.
However, for those planning a longer stay, I would like to point out a few things to consider:
Although the listing mentions that internet is available, I had significant difficulty working. The connection frequently failed and, in the evenings, it would drop and take a long time to come back. My impression is that the modem may be shared with other apartments.
This was the first Airbnb I stayed in that did not offer any basic kitchen items, such as coffee, olive oil, or salt (there was only a small amount, which ran out after the first meal). I understand this is not an obligation for the host, but it is quite common for travelers to leave these items, and they are always helpful.
Because this was a longer stay, we missed having extra trash bags to separate organic waste from recyclables. I spoke with Khristina about this on the first day and she provided some extra bags, but after the cleanings, only one bag was left in the trash bin.
The double bed is made up of two single mattresses. While this is very much a personal preference, the mattresses were extremely worn, too soft, and had a noticeable sag in the middle.
We informed the host that the shower drain was clogged, but the issue was not resolved during our stay.
Overall, aside from the unresolved drain issue, the host was always willing to answer questions and responded to our messages quickly.
In conclusion, I believe the apartment is better suited for shorter stays.

Absolutely avoid... there is no AC and warm water... rude staff, they close off solving the problem... we could move to an other room for full price, not the difference... not refund the room price. We needed to move to an other hotel in the middle of night.
