The facade has a… post-apocalyptic charm, especially if you’re into buildings that seem to have lost a fight with time and never recovered.
Our “room” (strategically excluded from the photos) was clearly a former hallway — so cozy it could barely fit a toothbrush and a pair of socks.
Extra touches included a stylishly ripped curtain and some ceiling ants for ambiance — nothing like a bit of insect life to keep things interesting.
The bathroom? Think of it as an experimental art installation in filth: hair-covered floors and a general “we gave up” attitude toward hygiene.
The scent of the house was truly one of a kind — an ambitious blend of fried food, mold, dust, and cheap air freshener doing its best (and failing spectacularly) to tie it all together.
And the acoustic experience? Magical. Every flush in the shared bathroom echoed through the house like an out-of-tune orchestra warming up for a concert no one asked for.
When we raised our concerns, the host generously suggested we could just “find another place” — at 10 PM, in a fully booked town. How thoughtful!
Clearly, hospitality isn’t her calling. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust her to host buffaloes. No manners, zero consideration, and yet confidently charging €240 for what can only be described as a glorified broom closet.
A guest on the 2nd floor was given a key by management that allowed them to lock the stairwell door, trapping all other residents on that floor. The only way out was the emergency exit, which locked behind you, meaning if you stepped out (even to your car), you were locked out of your room. I called the emergency contact line and no one answered.
The next morning, I brought this up with the manager, and instead of taking the issue seriously, she was incredibly rude and accused me of lying, even though the guest showed me the key and demonstrated how they locked the door.
This place is not just unprofessional - it’s unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
