Stay was good. But I think price is little high withe room and washroom space. The washroom tap and commode flush was not cleaned well and had some blockage.. someone previously stated had flushed some tissue or something. They should have fixed it before it was given to us or should have given us another room. The breakfast buffet was very good. Services is good. But price is high. Given the space of the room .

I am regular customer here, earlier service was very quick and good. Now it seems like they removed many staffs in Elixir bar and restaurant. Had to wait longer time to place my order and start with it.

Hotel was fine, checkin process was smooth. I took single room and it was good. There was some sort of vibration sound coming up. Later before night it got stopped.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Even though I had a confirmed booking, I was made to wait for a long time at check-in without any proper explanation. The staff were not helpful and spoke very rudely when I asked for updates. This is not the kind of service any guest expects, especially after making a reservation in advance. Definitely needs improvement in customer handling and professionalism.

We recently hosted our event at KR INN, and it was a wonderful experience! The hall was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for parties and family functions. The ambience and arrangements were excellent, and the food was delicious with great service.
A special mention to Mr. Rajesh, the manager, who was extremely professional and cooperative throughout the planning and event. He made sure everything went smoothly and accommodated all our requests with a smile.

It was a stay during business tour so got limited time to explore amenities, however it was a value for money deal.

The property is located right next to NH which makes it available in prime location. While all the staffs were very helpful, this place still stands at average stay. It’s clear that management is Mr interested in proper maintenance of key activities. The Ac was operational just to say and was making lot of noise. The flush was not working properly and we had to pour water using bucket. The food was price high and was not up to the mark. Over all average l. Good part Zomato was available

Average property washrooms are not working properly i stayed in one room where the jet was leaking and shifted to another room upon the request but the door of the washroom was locked basically the lock was broken, food is good so the suggestion was to check the room first before.

Hotel is good and was perfect for my location. But cleanliness is major issue in the hotel. When i did check in the toilet was smelling, curtain in bathroom very dirty, cup and saucer was dirty. I was there for 4 nights stay. They don't do everyday cleaning.
