Been for customer meeting twice, had breakfast and coffee. Taste was good and well maintained, waiters not customer friendly. Once we were asked to get up from the seat for swobbing 😕

Absolute shitty hotel, used their loo this one time and on my way out i took couple of tissues for my wife who had a cold and got stopped by the waiter. Apparently if I don’t make a purchase I cant take a tissue!!! How much money is he saving on these tissues????? It doesn’t end here. Upon being stopped i left the tissues behind on a table but the man follows me out and complains about the same to the watchman waiting outside as i refused to entertain his miser behaviour. Truly the least amount of power I’ve seen get to somebody’s head. Shame!

Old hotel, prime location. Staff are not professional, breakfast buffet options are not much. Receptionist does not feel to know about car parking condition. There are a bar cum resturant. Liquors are too much expensive and they even do not serve any complementery snacks with liquor. Overall experience not good. I have to shift another hotel next day.

Please don't book this hotel. specially if you are going to embassy . Hotel will over charge . I had a pathetic experience with them. my old parents stayed with them at the end they over charged them by 80% . which was regular room rent +80% for extending 1 hr than the checkout time. Initially they said 1-2 hrs more than check out time is fine & there won't be any charge. but at the time for checkout they charged another 80% on top of the room rent. I won't suggest this hotel for anyone. They wait for an opportunity to steal your hard earned money .

Good hotel with good hospitality.Neat and clean rooms. From the checking in to check out had a very courteous and friendly hotel staff. The location of the hotel was also good The food quality was also ok. Loved the stay and hope to stay again when in bangalore.

Old hotel but maintaining it clean, everything you get in just 100 mtrs, morning veg breakfast is superb, idli and vada and masala dosa. Staff was very helpful and you can really enjoy food.
