The rooms are well maintained and cleaned very day. Mr. Manas who is in the reception is very friendly and handling the customer very well.

I have been staying in this hotel regularly for about 4 years now and feel at home. The house keeping tops their service and the rooms are kept spick-and-span. It has an attached restaurant 24th main which provides decent vegetarian food but mostly north Indian. Room service is available but the quantity is too much for a person and price high as well. Strongly recommend for a stay.

Crossroads Inn is one of the best hotels in JP Nagar. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. Manas, the duty manager, is very lovely and extremely helpful. He ensures that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their stay. The service is prompt, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience is very pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in JP Nagar.

Tasty n hygienic vegetarian food available here. There is varity in dishes served here. Nice place for a buffet lunch n dinner. Value for money. Prebooking is better as the place has a huge demand.

Great decor, very good service, great quality of food. The lunch buffet we had primarily North Indian dishes with a curd rice and rasam from the South, and a Chinese starter. A few more options to add completeness to the latter two cuisines would be swell! The dessert section was well stocked.

Tried the buffet on a Saturday evening. The hostess was reluctant to provide 10 seats when only 5 entered the restaurant and the remaining outside... Anyway, food is good. Service especially refilling the buffet can improve. Ambiance is old school but done good. Crowded for a weekend.

Pretty good choice for a vegetarian. Cost effective buffet, nice spread. Courteous staff who offered couple of Jain food choices since few of us wouldn't eat garlic.

Nothing too fancy to talk about. Food is up-to-mark and Ambience is not, difficult to accept the price you paid once you are out of the restaurant. And yeah, Parking space is a plus point.

PizzaHut lost its credibility. I went second time on weekend since I had good exp. in my first visit.I guess this centre doesn't manage peak hours well, half baked pizza and soft drinks badly served. Not effective for the cost they charged.Bad exp.

Not a good choice to visit when rush is high. They maynot serve all the orders at time. Quality will go down when rush is high. Car can be parked at BDA’s parking slot at Rs.20

Pretty nice place with good ambience and music. Good hangout place for large groups as well as family. The only thing off about this place is the waiting time. No matter how large or small your order is, you have to wait for at least 40 minutes to receive it.
PS: Please try the mushroom pasta at your own risk :D
