Sterling Suites - Langford Town in Bengaluru

The room size was noticeably larger compared to other hotels in the same price range, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping did a good job and cleaned the room daily, maintaining a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety.
The staff were generally polite, though I believe the service could be improved. I wouldn’t describe it as terrible customer service, but as an Indian, I feel our hospitality standards are usually much higher.
One disappointing experience was during breakfast. I gave ₹500 to a staff member to get change, and unfortunately, they never returned. Incidents like this are concerning, especially when dealing with international guests, as it can negatively impact the image of Indian hospitality.
Overall, the stay was comfortable due to the room size and cleanliness, but there is room for improvement in service integrity and professionalism

Overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast/resturant service was excellent and good value. WiFi not always the best. Don't use meter taxi from airport.....if possible use Uber.

Very decent and well maintained hotel and located centre of Bangalore easy to move around. All the staffs are very cordial and maintain the smile always Food is awesome and good spread both South Indian dishes and European dishes To conclude I will recommend this hotel for both official and personal purpose

Friendly people and good staff can really make a difference in a stay. Room service could perhaps use a bit of improvement, but it didn't overshadow the welcoming atmosphere.Friendly people and competent staff can significantly enhance the quality of a stay.

I had a nice stay and llwell maintained rooms, all front office staffs are good they welcomed with , katirava stadium, lalbagh, ub city , mg Road is near by Special thanks to Ms.Deepika and Mr.chandan from front desk ........................

Overall ambience was peaceful, staff was well behaved, amenities they provided in room touched my satisfaction level as many hotel do not provide basic amenities. But here was something else, even room sleepers was placed prier my arrival as I booked for club room they have given me free upgradation without any extra charges ..... 5 star to that . Must visit ...

The room is neat and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The linen are very good. The facilities in the room are nice . The staff is very friendly and courteous including the Restaurant staff. I have enjoyed my stay. Thanks. With best wishes.
