Overall OK. The welcome was nice and pleasant with a free warm cookie. The bed was comfortable and a spacious room. Some signs of wear and tear and the towels in the drawers were musty smelling as not been changed for sometime. Breakfast was nice but the coffee machine seemed hit and miss. The spa did not have the booking I made and the pool was closed on the Sunday which was not great for business visitors who want to relax on their weekend. Overall OK but not wowed.

If you visit Bangalore, you would choose double trees. Highly recommended for solos and families. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly still they always protect your privacy. Safety is high. No fear of losing possessions. You can leave any thing on your bed or table. You can expect a standard cleaning and service in the room (my special thanks go to Prem who made my room tidy and well prepared every day)

We had a great experience at Hilton during our group event. It was a delight with our team and the memories we have made ***** with food. Talking about it the food was very good and everything was well managed and thanks to our waiter Dibakar was very polite and helpful. His service was excellent and he took good care of our whole group. We really enjoyed the event and will definitely come again.

I visited double tree hilton as it was close to my friends place . The room was amazing and the forest view from my room was breathtaking. The front desk team was great and helpfull . Breakfast team was also very helpfull. Sohini and amrit at reception were very helpfull. I am again planning to visit soon and i will definitely recommend people to stay here .

For family or for a solo traveller, this place is amazing- specially the friendly staff plus the environment is excellent. The most surprising thing was on my B’day the whole management team wished on the special occasion. It was just wow. Thank you.

The flavors of food are vibrant, and the presentation is stunning. Each bite is a testament to Chef's creativity and skill in the kitchen. The service is also top-notch - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our kids loved the little kid master chef which was lead by Chef Sindhu who is positive minded and has a lot of patience in teaching the kids and explaining everything it was a perfect place for the kids to engage. Can't wait to come back and try more.

Hilton?! Suprised. Just ok food, some staff members are maybe not rude, but untrained. definitely need a lot of work at human resource side.
Also, the Asia alive section is very cramped. Very weirdly designed. The live music was there, but the musician was facing the wall literally.

This is. Strange hotel where the give sermons on brand standards. The guys serve average food and are not receptive to feedback. Some of the staff is arrogant. They deserve a negative set of stars

Nothing like Italian food. Just average. For pasta there is a long q. And it's disappointing. Salads and soup are only good here. Pizza was fine.

Pizza was tasteless as had no salt in the base. The restaurant was courteous enough to change and give new one but again the taste did not improve :-(
Ambience is good, service is ok. Pasta quantity is not that good considering the charges of Rs.530+. Quality in terms of taste of Pasta was good!

Little Italy . Little overpriced. But the food is very delicious. Very nice staff. Will help you understand what Italian dishes are if you don't know anything about Italian food. They will also recommend you very nice dishes. Very good place if you have capacity to spend more. Veg only restaurant.

Went for a team lunch buffet. A decent place wide variety of food. Excellent service. Great pasta and other dishes. Pizza could have been better. It lacked toppings. Seems like they prepare a different pizza for buffet and a better stuffed for al la carte. Dessert was very good. You get to experience something new. Wonderful ambience with jazz music being played.
Overall a good experience.
