Excellent house keeping by Venkat. Absolutely loved the room when I come back. Great hotel and the food is scrumptious!

As always the Mercure Grand has been very comfortable! The staff are extremely professional and looked after our ever need.

I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The hotel room was nice and had everything you need, also the cleaning personal did a great job (Thanks to Venkat). Even though it is in the middle of Bangalore, you do not hear any noises from the street. In addition the people working at the hotel were super helpful and did everything what they could to support for any request.

Visited By the Blue for dinner today. Loved the service and hospitality provided by Shubham and team. Perfect drinks made by Nikhil and amazing service by Jason. Delicious food made by the chefs. Overall loved the experience and would definitely visit again. Keep up the good work guys!

I have had opportunities to stay in quite a few good places across the globe, but Grand Mercure Bangalore stands out for all the good reasons! It’s one of the finest 5 star hotels, overall. The rooms were amazing - clean and tidy, spacious, well maintained and with all the necessities, ***** with a well-maintained kitchenette. It’s actually more like a service apartment with separate living space, bedroom with ensuite and a kitchenette. Perfect set up for an extended holiday. The entire staff is just lovely and helpful - ready to serve you at any time, with a smile! They go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. They did take really good care of my family before I joined them. A very special mention to the Exec Chef Vilas Dhankute, who is one of the best chefs I’ve come across in a 5 star hotel. I would see him every morning in the restaurant greeting and speaking with all the guests, and attending to their personal requests happily. I was on a restricted diet while I stayed there, and Chef Vilas graciously attended to every minute detail and specially cooked my preferences for every meal! I also needed a Cooler Box to transport some medication overseas after I checked out, and he was kind enough to get one for me! I’d highly recommend Grand Mercure Bangalore to anyone who wants to experience a great stay with amazing hospitality and food - basically feel like home!
