The hotel was clean and and the location was in prime position..food was average..but room service could hv been better.

no dish connectivity to TV, no internet, pathetic room service.Very slow response from the staff.

The room is good. Good service too. Nice experience. But there are things that could be better we had booked three rooms and none of rooms had towels. Shower door was broken in one of the rooms. Ours was breakfast included and it was good. Served from 8:00 to 10:00. The restaurant is also good.

Have stayed at this hotel 5times now over the past 1 year. Always for work. The location is very good as it's a Central point from where you can go anywhere. The rooms are good, not that big but not even that small also. Love the breakfast. Have ordered room service also at times and the food is good. I stayed at this property for 2 times during my visit to Bangalore. The property is exceptionally well with respect to location, staff, cleanliness, food, infrastructure, hygiene, room interior, etc. One of the best places to stay in Banglore for work or leisure trip at the affordable price.

Hotel location is on race course road. Quite a good amount of drive from Whitefield it seems hotel is alright so are their room tariff. But the lift needs to be working one is down. They have very limited parking in front but one good thing is they have vallet so you can hand over the keys to them for your support.

Rooms are really pretty there just like a European hotels. Location is near by Majestic Bust stand(1.2Km). One of Best thing is that breakfast is 100% veg and also pretty good and healthier. I had a meeting hence I reach the venue late. Still the Basapa took very good care of me and helped me to even give a right accomodation and the facilities. The room had good ambience. After a good sleep,home cooked style bf,added a cream on cake. Good services .Women friendly and safety was taken care at par.

Absolutely amazing customer centric service viz. Basappa was very cooperative. He made the late night check-in (around 2 am) extremely comfortable and hassle free. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Some sort of marking on the main road for directions will help guests to locate the place better.

This is a very modest Hotel. The room, Bed and bathroom were all very clean. The room is small and without decor. The bathroom did not have toilet paper or soap. They did provide shampoo. But for the good, inexpensive price, it was perfect. very nice staff. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It sits on the Sarjapur main road. This hotel doesn't have its own restaurant so guests will have to make other plans for having dinner/breakfast/lunch. The rooms are a bit old and dirty. It could have been better. Also they didn't provide a water bottle or other amenities in the room. Overall I would say this is a below average experience.

Budget luxury hotel on Sarjapur Main Road. Reception people are courteous & friendly. Though room are neat and clean, maintenance is required in some areas. Required facilities are available in the rooms with mini locker, fridge & coffee maker. But tea/coffee stocks are outdated must be checked and changed regularly. Updated Review (7 Years Later): I stayed here with my family during a holiday trip about 7 years ago, when it was known as Itsy by Treebo – Worldtree. At that time, the room service was good, and we had a pleasant experience overall. Everything was fine back then, though I can’t comment on how things are now.

I booked 3 rooms for my family members here. Rooms were spacious no doubt in that. But bedsheets and blanket were stinky. Location is bit 500m from the main road, which is fine

It was a good stay at perfect location who is looking around ITPL but the parking is a huge problem. They do not have parking available for a bike too. I stayed here for 3 days, there was no housekeeping done even after request at reception. Disappointed with breakfast provided and order food too. Overall it’s an ‘Average’ stay with decent cozy rooms. Staff can still do better.

The room was pretty spacious, had a separate living room and a balcony. The room was mostly clean. The breakfast buffet wasn't great so it is something you can skip. If you're looking for a place to crash into near the airport and are on a budget, go for it.
