We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Lilac, 5th Block. From the moment we checked in, the service was warm and truly reflected genuine hospitality. The staff deserve special appreciation for their extremely supportive and helpful nature. A special shoutout to Deepak at the reception, as well as Bashir (night shift) and Bikram, who were very polite and always ready to assist promptly. the rooms were very tidy, well maintained, and created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.

Spacious closet & storage with plentiful hangers. Large adjacent living room with dining area. (We got the Executive room type) Water - free water refilled daily Laundry - super convenient and reasonably priced. Same day service too! Reception- very welcoming. Always greeted with smiles. Mr Deepak at reception was ready to help with any questions. His English was good too. Location - great! Lots of restaurants and cafes - easily walkable. Safe area. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this lovely small hotel in Bangalore. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacey, the breakfast service incredible with lots of western and indian food, and the staff helpful at all times. Special thanks to Bikram, one of the receptionists, who made everything possible.

We stayed here last July with my family during a marriage function and found this place to be excellent. The location is very convenient, calm, and quiet. Recently we approached them to arrange meditation class for a group of 20 people and they organized it extremely well. We also came to know that wellness is one of their main pillars and this place is very suitable for meditation and group activities. That the food is prepared using firewood and the food was really delicious and homely. Thank you for everything and for the wonderful experience.

I was a great stay. We have enjoyed the food. Especially Mr. Deepak and Mr. Selin was very helpful. The restaurant name kesar by lilac makes a wonderful food and event in this gas shortage they are serving the excellent food with huge varieties of breakfast. Truly recommended for everyone. We'll come back soon and we'll recommend to our company to make all the bookings here.

It was great experience at the hotel, overall clean place and in a very nice neighborhood. Check-in and check-out was breeze with help of Deepak and Waseed (hopefully that’s how I think the name was spelled). I thought there will be issue with food due to LNG shortage but how the hotel adjusted to food offerings and it was like home made food-loved it. I

Lilac , situated in a quiet residential area is an elegant one with well maintained spacious rooms, gracious and friendly staff. This was my second stay for the reasons mentioned and Bikram, at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Basheer also at the front desk is courteous and respectful. I certainly look forward to coming back again.

Hotel said parking available but when I went reality they asked me to park on the main road when I asked the receptionist they said this is parking , Staff was least bothered when I asked about it , I walked out of because of their behaviour

When we went first time the service is very nice and taste of the food also good, thought about this and visited again service so worst, our self we have to ask for to serve the food, no care about the customer only... Felt so bad not going again...
